I'm in the store on a regular basis but about a month ago at work I recived very very bad health news about a very close family member that instantly changed my life I walked in the store and was truly lost in my head I got to the deli counter and was greeted by Rachel she was very polite as always and noticed I was upset she immediately checked on me and listened to me I felt better like in the middle of my storm someone cared and that's alot I'm today's society as always im in the store a few times a week and lately if I stop by the deli counter she remembers me and ask about my family member and checks on me it means so much to know im not treated just like another customer to spend some money but she actually cares about the customers hats off to her.

Always stocked with fruit, bakery filled with variety of cakes, cookies, pies and pastries. Love their sales. Quiet atmosphere, parking ok.

Jan is amazing and so sweet. I had 2 carts full of groceries with only self checkout open and she helped scan everything without any complaining. She included my daughter in our conversation and made the long checkout enjoyable. Thanks Jan

Love this store!!! Clean and friendly store. Employees are definitely ready to help you. Check out is a bliss and they greet you with joy!! The store is great food that's fresh the bakery lady made my daughter LOL cupcakes I loved it she was so gracious and did a great job all the ladies back by deli and bakery had me smiling and thanking them and they were so soft and fluffy cupcakes made them to perfection with all decorations I asked for. Thanks

Have you ever been out somwhere shopping or eating and a certain employee is just always so nice and helpful that they just make you want to work there? Kudos to Chris who is always at the self checkouts because she is THAT employee among others. If you go shopping here, take your time because often times they have clearance things you would never notice. I once spent 6.00 TOTAL on three items that would have been 12 EACH.

The store is always clean and has so far been through this remodel. The employees are all nice even if you can tell they aren't having the greatest day, they still treat you with kindness and respect plus we all have our days.

So remember that ANYWHERE you go, review and speak directly with the STORE MANAGER and tell them about your experience good or bad. But be diplomatic if you aren't happy because the customer is not always right but while they can't tell you that, it could be a simple mixup.

My favorite Pick'n'save!! I have gone to this store since I was a little girl and the service has never changed. There is always friendly people working and the store is very neat and clean. Items are stocked in a very easy to find manner and the produce is always fresh!!

This Pick N Save has everythn, well stocked, friendly staff and atmosphere. The prices are good only on sale and yes double coupon day is on Saturday! These days will save you more for your money. Location is perfect Capital dr. is convenient street to get here. Bathrooms are somewhat clean, but somebody needs ta fix da liquid hand soap in the women's bathroom please! Every time I go in there it is never fixed!

All I can say is wow! Daniel in the meat department has very strong customer services skill. His smile and ability to answer any questions I had , went beyond anything a customer could ask for. I will make this my #1 metro market just because of him.

Per location it has a better and wider selection of products than any other Pick 'n Saves in the surrounding area. Its rating is too low in comparison with those other surrounding Pick 'n Saves so I'm going to give it 5 stars because there is no way those Pick 'n Saves are better than this one.

Funny how one could have complimenting a well needed service on his mind and behold, a path is placed before him to do that very thing. I am fairly new in my shopping of this location as i was driven away from the Midtown location which are mere blocks away. Yes, i spend more time and fuel to get that much earned and deserved better experience not just as shopper but, as a human being. My midtown experiences have way more often than not, been below my shopping standards as a consumer and my interaction with some staff over these last seven years have been less than acceptable. I have wondered many years how can two fingers on the same hand can appear to belong to a totally different entity? If i may say, where ever Midtown is lacking, Brookfield more than makes up for. This Brookfield location has gone out of their way in the assuring me the shopping experience i deserve. Though i am not and have never been an avid customer of yours, i cherish your efforts in attemps so that i become one. To the Brookfield store i say, my congratulations, your store has earned a ranking on my favorite list of what i encounter in Milwaukee and her immediate surroundings. Trust when i say this is a very short list.....please do keep up the good work otherwise, i will need to travel to the next store westward. I hope you understand my meaning in this and thank you for the opportunity to find that better experience.

A Bagger named Dan saw how long the lines were & was graciously taking us to the self checkout. He unloaded, scanned & bagged all of our groceries & was very, very kind! Kudos to DAN!!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I really like this store and have been coming here ever since I was a kid. I used to work for Gary though and just seeing him around here pisses me off. He was a jerk when I worked at the store in Germantown can you send him somewhere else please?

Thank you to the head baker at the 124th Pick n Save in Brookfield. The cake you made for my grandmother's 91st birthday was the best cake we ever had. The strawberry filling was amazing. Thanks again.

Have a nice variety of quick ready made food. but they had the best hot bar but not anymore. Now you have to stand in line for food.

Great selection... Don't go in there looking shady because security will harrass you. Employees are nice though and pharmacy is great

They carry everything I need. Their hours are reasonable as are their prices. Always plenty of parking and the staff is personable, knowledgeable and always willing to help.

I really like shopping at Pick n Save, I save a lot of money using the Pick n save app and other coupons. The staff are polite and very nice.
