AT&T Store

Visited a site 2875 N Hwy 67 St.Louis County..a representative by the name of Christian helped us instantly. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He made the experience nice and our understanding of the equipment easy. Although Christian stood out to us, the entire staff was accommodating.

I had a great experience. My Customer Service Rep Chelsea was very knowledgeable and helpful with my questions, needs and concerns! She informed me about various options that I was eligible for and promotional offers! I upgraded my 3 iPhones and saved money with trade-ins as well as reducing my bill. I was very satisfied and pleased! Thank you for your exceptional services. Ask for Chelsea, you’ll definitely be satisfied!!!

Ms Chesea was a great help to me who is technically challenged. She took the time out to listen and answer my questions. She made my first time experience Awesome! I will definitely tell others on how professional the whole team here is.

I came to the store to inquire about TV packages and services and DeAnthony met me at the door. He was very personable, pleasant and offered the best advice for switching cable service. I give him 5 stars and hope the company appreciates him as much as I did. He’s the best!!

Chelsea helped me tremendously when I was attempting to upgrade me and my mother’s phones. She was very patient, attentive, and helpful. She answered all of our questions.
James also helped my mother with her Samsung phone when she wanted to upgrade to a newer model

Eric was very patient with me, purchased my phone over the phone with customer care and he transferred all my info and gave me a brief tutorial on how to use the phone. Very professional, was skeptical cause of the boarded door but his customer service was great!

My Sales Rep- D.Scott was amazing at helping me during my time at AT&T. He went above and beyond and stayed consistent with ensuring I was able to successfully transition from my previous cellular provider to AT&T. He kept me apprised of each stage of the process and further ensured my number was able to be successfully transferred over. I was given the utmost respect and time during my experience as well. I will be recommending D.Scott and AT&T to anyone looking to switch over to a new cellular provider.

The ATT Rep Ryan assisted me. He was very patient with assuring all my concerns were addressed and I was satisfied. I had to get a new phone up and running. I got my stuff transferred from old phone, boxed up old phone with box provided by att and even offered me an promotional upgrade. It went above and beyond with his customer service
