H&M

Had the best experience at a retail store in years thanks to the amazingly friendly and helpful staff. I was trying on ALOT of clothes and putting things on hold and being a total nuisance like an hour before the store closed. Despite all that the staff was so helpful, especially Kat who assisted me the most and made the experience so good I just had to leave a review. She was extremely friendly and just a sweet person!

I want to write this review for the staff members specifically for Carlos. He was very attentive with not just me, but everyone around him, and willing to help he has a great personality. I didn’t get the name of the cashier, but did a great job as well. Store is always organized.

I could always find the best outfits in H&M!

This store has a good selection of clothing. It's a good size store. Customers in Hialeah can somewhat be too pushy against the sales associates so you can tell that they're losing their patience but they don't lose their cool. Their sales associates are on task and willing to help as long as you're not being rude.

I went to return a few items that I had bought online and the guy who helped me was very nice and patient. He greeted us with a smile and wished us great day after the refund was processed, I really liked the customer service he was able to carry out . Very please

H&M is my favorite store when it comes to clothes shopping. I like this location in particular not because they are closer but also there is a great selection and a great service from all the staff members, Everyone is so nice and helpful when it comes to get the best deals and offers, They will always do the best to help you out. I totally recommend this Store.

This has to be one of the best H&M stores ever. Super clean and has different styles verses other stores. Their upstairs men section is bomb af.
