My father and I stopped in a couple weeks ago and test drove 3 trucks. I found one I liked and they let us take it home for a week. This was an amazing experience for us because we do not live close by. We returned on Friday and signed the papers. We dealt with Robin in the showroom and Pat for the finance. I would highly recommend stopping in and seeing any 1 of the Witts team. They are amazing.

I was looking to trade in my 2019 Colorado for a full size. I looked up the blue book and it was $16,000. This truck had a deer collision also. I was looking at a 150 when Salesman Mark Jicha pulled up. We talked about the truck and he offered a test drive while he pulled my truck around so they could get an estimate for a trade in. As I was driving, the tire sensor light came on. It happens. I finished my ride, which was really good, and went back to Witt. Went to Marks desk and was expecting a low offer due to the deer hit, but he offered $16,000. We checked the payments I would be making and it was out of my price range by about $50, and I said I needed to be at or below a certain amount. He talked to the boss and the finance guy and came back with a real great number, $22,000 for trade in. There's no way my Colorado was worth that much. And the F-150 I was getting was loaded with options and had less miles than my truck. Witt will be the first place I go for a vehicle from now on. Greatest experience I've ever had at a dealership. I've been to Witt twice now for a new vehicle and I've never been disappointed with their teams. My father took my there when I was in undergrad for my first real vehicle on a loan and while he was tough in negotiating, we were treated fairly. When we came in this last time, it was under stressful circumstances with a broken down vehicle and Ford in my hometown wouldn't even look at my car (coming in from out of town, wouldn't even make it home). Witt took us right in, were honest with us, and straight forward about the condition of our vehicle. They helped us get into a new vehicle as fast as possible and made the transition as seamless as possible. Danny was great with us making the sale happen the way we needed it while also being patient. He offered to help clean out the old vehicle and gave us boxes to get moved over faster also. Witt treated us like family. My father passed in February but he would have been happy with how things went (and he tried to get me to buy a truck way back when) and I'm sure he won because the first vehicle I test drove was a truck and I drove away in it. I'm sure he's riding with me these days.

Easier to get an appointment than the other Ford dealer. Service seems better too. Warm cookies and dogs to pet have no bearing on the service, but the I'll take them

I have been going there for a long time and they are always polite and very pleasant to work with. We have purchased vehicles from them and have had no problems. Love my Ford Escape that I got in December, 2019.

This is the 4th vehicle we've purchased from Witt. We love their service, and they've always done right by me.

I was driving and noticed my tire light was on and my PSI was at 3, I live out of town and it was a Saturday so I thought I was out of luck, I contacted Sam Perry and she double checked with the quick lane to make sure they could patch it if there was a nail in it etc. Sam’s communication skills were awesome and they got me in right away..I brought it into the quick lane to Kyle and he was super super nice and quick and showed me the nail and patched it all within less than 20 mins. Everyone made sure I was okay and doing good in the waiting room and offered me lots of snacks and drinks. Communication and keeping me updated was outstanding and everyone was super friendly and caring - I recommend this place definitely saved my hot mess situation!! Lol huge thank you to everyone who helped me out!!

I did not intend to buy a different vehicle when we stopped at Witts, but the sales staff made everything so easy that we couldn't resist. We purchased the perfect vehicle for us at just the right time. Great selection, great warranty, and great service!

This was my first time buying a car from a dealership. I totaled my last car due to an accident that happened on the interstate, and they did everything they could to get me into the car I wanted. They made me feel comfortable and went over everything very thoroughly with me. I noticed my new car was leaking antifreeze so they are getting me in right away to look at it so I can have a safe, reliable vehicle. Thank you for making my first time buying a car a great experience! I will recommend Witt auto to all my friends and family who are looking for a car.

Just wanted to say I'm happy to be a customer of Witt Auto. This is the second time I've bought a vehicle from Witt and it was an even better experience from the last. Al Moore was patient, gave me plenty of options to test drive until I got to the one I wanted and got a lower payment than expected with the warranty added. I also got to meet and talk to Dan Witt who is very personable and a likeable guy. I'm happy to be a part of the Witt family.

We smacked a deer with our GMC yukon, took it to the body shop and Rick and the crew had it fixed up in a few days. The workmanship was exceptional, the attention to detail was fantastic, you cannot see there was ever an accident. The paint matched perfectly, it was a granite black color and it came out excellent. I have had my car into the fast lane also many times always had excellent customer service and really appreciate having such talented professionals in a small town that do their jobs so well, Highly recommend Witt Ford

Found exactly what I wanted and got it to me in less than three days. Made finding a new car after a stressful accident another great experience with Witt. Worked hard to get rebates and rewarded my loyalty. I'll be rewarding them with my loyalty for a long time to come. Scott is a no nonsense salesman and a joy to work with. Honest and forthright. I gave 5 stars on all categories and I mean 5 stars. Tony makes the finance part of things a breeze. Drive past Green Bay if you're looking to get treated right.

Just bought a Ford F150 pickup truck and my buying experience dealing with Savannah and Dan was "top of the line".

Stopped in for an oil change. No problems, done in a timely manner, they went over possible future issues, didn't pressure me to buy anything etc. Found a rose on my dash when I left. Witt Auto picks up where your husband left off =)

Brought my Fusion to the collision center after hitting a deer. After a minor hiccup. Rick and his crew did an excellent job fixing my car and keeping me informed as to what was going on. I would highly recommend them.
