Dan & Tim's Riverside

Walked in and we were greeted right away by the bartender who served us. He gave us the dinner special of the day and informed us right away what they were out of or low of, which was super nice. Ended up getting the shrimp special with a dinner salad. We ate at the bar so they had these cute little tables to make it easier. Salads were fresh and perfect proportion. Our bartender checked in on us often and made some small talk as well. The food came out quick and hot and more than what we were expecting. The shrimp were large and fried perfectly. For bar food, this was some of the best I've had. Would absolutely stop again when in the area.

Everything about this place was fantastic! The food was phenomenal, the service was prompt, the people were friendly (including the locals) and the prices were amazing. I'm so glad we happened to be looking for somewhere to eat at that moment! Definitely going to go back!

Absolutely great. There today, November 12,2023. Greeted upon arrival by a super nice bartender. One of the owners was there as well. Great customer service, great food and a great price. An excellent Sunday lunch spot. And the custom made bar trays are great.

We chose this place because it had great reviews and we were not disappointed! The food was great and prices were also. Atmosphere is older family restaurant cafe style. They were shorthanded but working hard to keep up. Would definitely go again.

Stopped off on a trip between Chicago & the UP for gas & lunch, was locally recommended. Bit of a hidden gem but food is excellent and staff is as friendly as they come.

First time coming here and what we ate was better than the gateway. The bacon chix wrap was delicious, as in better than a few local bars in green bay near Lambeau. The cod I was excited wasn't beer battered it wasn't over cooked either. The tarter was yummy and not dilly. The Coleslaw was normal maybe a hint of garlic? The ingredients were fresh oh and the mashpotatoes were super yummy. Let's say we'd be back for that wrap hands down.

Walked bout a mile to get here,as I was parked at the Krist.
Wanted to try an Ole Fashioned, Dan explains to me what one is and mixed one up for me,it was delicious.
Wanted to try some Walleye,the staff hooked me up.
Got the pan fried Walleye with baked potato,along with a salad.
Absolutely delicious,great food,friendly staff,and very comfortable to just go and chill with an ice cold draft.
Will be returning here as much as I can!!

Nice little up north bar and restaurant! Nice clientele, wouldn't hesitate to bring kids. Great food with daily specials. Nice sized food portions! Workers were all super friendly and attentive. We loved it!!!

Really good fried shrimp basket for the price! The oil was very clean and the beer batter was light and crisp.

Went to Riverside for the 1st time to celebrate our anniversary with a chicken dinner. Great food and price.

Food is excellent. Very friendly. Great prices. My favorite is their Philly steak and cheese hogie. Perch plate is very good along with just about everything else on the menu.

Great food, service and price. Great place to go alone or the entire family. I highly recommend. We eat there atleast once a week for years.
