I had been looking for a commercial grade stove with both burners and a griddle for sometime. I am building a home and was adding a chef grade kitchen to it. But trying to find a company who would sell to a non-commercial interest was like pulling teeth. That is until I found Top Restaurant Supplies and their wonderful sales rep Amanda. She was not only professional, but a rare pleasure as a person. It’s rare to find someone who not only looked for what I wanted, but gave me alternatives I did not know were available to me. And when stressing over a building budget her assistance was extremely helpful in saving me a few bucks. Now, the only problem I did have was on the delivery, which was not Amanda’s or the company’s fault. FedEx screwed up and delayed delivery by two weeks. When I asked Amanda about the hold up she jumped into high gear, found the problem and immediately got another delivery company to deliver a replacement. Damn, if that’s not great service. She was so apologetic that I felt bad about the holdup. I wish I could build another kitchen just to experience that kind of service again. Wish more companies had sales reps like Amanda.
