I went to use the bathroom it is one of the most beautiful McDonald’s. I’ve seen in a long time. Super super clean

I rated service a 4 because we did the drive thru agent was not pleasant. I could hardly hear what she was saying and felt as if we were a bother to her. Maybe if I had dined in the experience would have been better

Was a little wait at the drive thru but doesn’t even matter food was sensational

Big breakfast yummy delicious, they have bacon egg n cheese 2 for $4

My mom never goes here but when she does she gets cherry pies and they were burnt and cold at this location

I usually don't care for the lame and some times rude service I get at this McDonald's but today I have to give a HUGE shout out to TRACEY because she gave me the kindest, warmest, funniest and most pleasant customer service!! I worked in customer service for years (I'm pretty awesome at it myself) so I appreciate the excellent customer service she gave me and I'm a really good judge in that area!! Keep it up Tracey! People appreciate it more than you know :)

I appreciate a McDonald's that isn't Costa owned. I drive 15 extra minutes to visit THIS Shalimar Mcdonalds!!! Their food is hot...the service is great and whomever the owner of this McDonald's is a life saver for my family!!!

Quick friendly service and decent fast food. Clean and well stocked dining area.

Let’s just say I used to work here in 2004-2005, and it has changed a bit! The place is spotless and full of sunshine. For me, what really stands out is the high school dude who always be sweeping and working. He is so inspirational. The lady who took my order at the counter is also friendly and allowed me to use Apple Cash since I didn’t have cash. LOL

Great food and awesome indoor play place with almost a museum of the toys that had been given out over the years. Really cool because it stretched back to when I was a kid. I ended up going twice when I was in the area on vacation because the Burger King was closed for breakfast. Drive thru service was excellent as well. Their water was broken and they gave me a bottle which was super nice. Good job!

Consistently pleasant experience with each visit. Best in the area and employees know the meaning of fries cooked to order!

Man. So poor young girl working the drive thru messed up my order. Then I sat there for like 10 minutes . No receipt.

I go back and managment takes no responsibility for the mistake and makes me pay for my food after i was overcharged for it .

I even confronted management. While typing this review to give them a chance to fix the issue .

Wow . Argue with ur customers . "I wasn't here.."

Thats what upsets me . Ur the manager. U represent ur employees.. and your one job is to fix mistakes...

Love ordering from the kioks can take your time without hding everyone else up. Get in and out quicker. That also depends on how busy they are to, but still quicker than the cadhier and my orders ate right 99.9% of the time. As well they bring the food to you when dining in.

The men and women that work at the Shalimar, Florida McDonald's are always very fast, accurate, professional, and courteous. I haven't had a single issue about them and I'm there nearly 2x a week! Every visit has been enjoyable. My order is taken (nearly every visit it seems) by a woman named "Virginia" (Does she ever get a day off? LOL!). She is always very friendly and, I think, deserves a special mention. Thank you! :)

The nice lady who took my order was so kind. I had fast service. Someone please give her a raise. She exceeded my expectations

The man taking orders in the drive thru this morning took me by such a surprise. He was so very nice and kind at the window. I hope he sees this and knows he’s doing great.

One of the better locations, their drive-thru has a water feature. And their kids play area is separate from the regular dining area so the kids can go crazy. Also they have all the Happy Meal toys from 1992-presnt on display.

I thought I recieved the wrong change back from the drive thru one morning. I called and spoke with Camille and she helped me resolve my issue. I ended up finding my money in the car,, oops. She really was very nice and helpful. Thanks again!

The best overall,food,drinks,service. Love it here.

Wasn't sure what coffee to drink, but Katie gave me a good recommendation with a caramel macchiato! It was delicious. She is always in a good mood.
