I really appreciate when people take the time to go out of their way and make a ordinary experience like shopping for shoes are really memorable and joyful one! :)

This is like the 3rd time that I have ordered shoes and picked them up from this location and I love it! My purchase is always ready and I'm out the door. I will return for more shoes. Staff was friendly and courteous.

Rarely is it I can walk into a shoe store, pick out a pair, find the right size and go to the register in less than 20 minutes, let alone 2 pair but it happens every time I go into a Famous Footwear! This store was clean and organized. Nothing on the floor, boxes lined up in their correct rows and only one person working the store! I will be back

Very pleased with the Sale Rep today...she wasn't hounding me like at other stores. I have RA & FIBROMYALGIA & NEUROPATHY & Stand working in a pharmacy for long hours. I bought BOBS & a pair of PUMA'S. I am hoping they help my pain.

The gentleman and young lady very helpful and nice trying to get us the exact shoe size and design we needed well my daughter needed it was a great experience up at Allen Park and independence mall famous footwear. Plenty of varieties. I wear a 5 1/2 and I couldn't believe they had my size. Clean and friendly.

They have a good selection to pick from and the staff is always nice! Anytime I need new work shoes, this is where I come!
