Owners are so friendly and helpful! My bf and I are new to vaping wanted to try an alternative to smoking and hopefully quit. It’s a huge relief to find someone who knows what they are talking about and care about your needs and wants; they aren’t there to just push products on you. You can’t sell a product you don’t know anything about or advise and help your customers if you’ve never used the products but these owners know their products and stand behind them! We are very happy with the service and products we have received! We look forward to our visits and purchasing new products!

Jason has always helped me with anything I need. Amazing service and prices. Wide selection as well. As far as service goes, this is the best business I have been to. Found them over a year ago and refuse to go anywhere else for vape supplies or anything else they offer. Jason just fixed my vape today within 5 minutes so I felt compelled to finally leave a review as a thank you. Should have done it long ago.

Very knowledgeable and never pressured to buy anything. After my bad experience at another vape shop here in town, I started coming here and will stay loyal to them. Great service. Had one issue that they resolved with no hesitation. Strongly recommend.

I haven't vaped in 4 years, so I was a little rusty starting over. I always drive past Vãp and decided to stop in and check out what they had to offer. Jason is extremely knowledgeable and when I went back 3-4 days in a row for help, he was always patient and kind to offer help. If he wasn't sure, his girlfriend searched until they found the answer. The store is clean and, sad to say, he ignored the ringing phone when he was in the middle of helping us. I say "sad" because I feel bad for the person calling, but it's excellent customer service for the current customer. Jason and Rachel knows we'll be back, not counting our visit there already today, because they take such good care of us, even chatting with me on FB when I had a problem. I really couldn't ask for more! Thanks guys!

Clean store, chill atmosphere, helpful employees. Seems like the kinda place you'd like to hang out at. Prices were roughly equivalent to what I'd pay if I bought online, so good deal all around.

When i started vaping i immediately went here. The atmosphere is always relaxed and chill the owner and the workers are all amazing people and i love talking with them. Store is clean and all the employees are very informative and helpful. I see all the negative comments and i immediately know its bs because this is my favorite shope in town this is the only place i regularly go for my vape needs. Love this shop and the workers. Excellent service, knowledgable staff, wide selection, budget friendly prices, and not to mention they seem to get new products almost weekly. Every time I visit theres a new flavor experience to try, and if I ever need a recommendation on new tech I always get good quality. If you are new to vaping or just looking for good juice this is the place to go.

Unlike some lowlife loser who keeps posting negative reviews under different names because he doesn't have nothing better to do with his life or hes just trying to get More service for Johnny vapes I have been in this store and I have always been treated fairly and the price are very reasonable To Rachel even carried My juice for a long time at the same price as on line I would recommend this store over Johnny vape just for the simple reason that I have been in both stores and her prices are a lot better there are a few things in both stores that are cheaper than the other but this is a great store and the only 1I go to thank you Rachel and chance for the great service keep up the good work.

I am from out of state and I stopped in to get some coils and juice. Rachel and Chance were super helpful and got me exactly what I needed. Definitely will visit again when I'm back in town!

Vāp is one of the best shops I have been to! I'm kind of new to the vape scene and the staff was very friendly and willing to help. Vāp has a comfortable atmosphere, plenty of styles of vapes to choose from, and one of the largest selections of E-liquids to try and buy. In my personal opinion Vāp is the one stop shop for any and all vaping needs! Stop in and check it out for yourself, you won't be disappointed!
