I came in right at 9:00 which is his open and he gladly took me as a customer. Within about 15 minutes he had my device all repaired. If you want quality service and deal with a friendly owner, this is the place you want to go!! 5 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

I thought my phone was done for good it was run over a few times on Saxon boulevard I took it to the phone surgeons and the man replaced the back of it and gave me back a new phone but it had an issue I brought it back and he's put a different back on it aftermarket second one. And I had trouble with it so I took it back he put a Samsung back on it and the Samsung back it worked great for a day and it wouldn't charge The Samsung back had a bad charging port I brought it back to them third time and they switched to charging port and use my old one because the one they got was defective but the level of service was incredible everybody should take lessons from the phone surgeon on how to give people service because they didn't quit until it was right I'm very grateful.

Our puppy chewed thru my husband's OtterBox case on his phone. Reasonable repairs was closed on Monday and I wanted the phone fixed ASAP so I brought it somewhere else. .. I ended up leaving with my phone from the unamed competitor because 1. Their prices were high and 2. I did not feel comfortable leaving a $1000 product with them overnight.

I am so SO glad I waited for reasonable repairs to be open and brought my business to them instead. I felt very safe leaving my phone with this repair shop while parts were ordered overnight. Phone is brand new again for a great price.

I also changed several of my phones screen protectors with reasonable repairs. I was charged $70 at Verizon and they left bubbles on my screen that never went away. reasonable repairs had screen protectors for under $30 he installed with no bubbles.

I would recommend this shop to everyone and will be coming here if needed again.

Came there with the front and back glass on my iPhone XR destroyed! 2 hours later it’s like new! I got to chose what color glass I wanted and my phone works better than it did before. They also make costume phone cases and all of their accessories are reasonably priced. 10/10 ! Phone repair only costed $199

Where do i begin…..lol this business is a true 5 star hospital for any phone. My phone has been a patient here many times. Very affordable, reliable and fast work. Weston is very knowledgeable and honest in his field. He has great customer service and is very solution oriented. Called at 4:40 PM knowing they close at 5, took me in right away, waited 10 minutes and my iphone 11 screen was replaced and i even was given a discount for my case/screen protector. Would definitely come back here again as the pricing was very reasonable and good quality stuff was used. Thank you again.
