Kroger

I live this Kroger. Its a huge store but very well organized. The staff are very formerly and willing to help find anything. They made right a transaction for some items that were out of stock and substituted a fine replacement. I used the self check out and the associate that was manning the self checkout was amazing. She was very friendly, patient and accommodating.

At 6am a nice lady says good morning as they open their store. I got the one thing I came for. First time using the scan barcode app deal. The same nice lady was watching over the self checkout. I could not make the coupon deal work. She did help me complete the transaction and show me how to do it myself.

I love this Kroger. Everyone is so nice but we find lots of stuff there. Like last week On the 23rd of august we found a Nintendo switch but luckily the people who own it were still there. But this Kroger is the best. One problem the restroom it totally stinks but i get it, it's a restroom 😅. but the place is so good. I love this store, it's amazing.😍🤩😍

Artemis was very helpful and patient in taking my Starbucks order, I was having an issue in the app and he kindly resolved it, and made it right. Thanks Artemis!! I suggest this Starbucks for anyone!

I love the digital coupons! They give customer bonus coupons that are aligned with items you have purchased in the past. I went early on a weekday and breezed through the store quickly using the shopping list I made on the Kroger app. I also like that the buy x amount and save y amount can be mixed and matched with other products priced the same way.

Kroger! What more can be said? This particular store is set up as a 1 stop store. Do you need shoes? They have them. Clothing? That too. Plus all of the groceries and fresh produce at affordable prices. After leaving, the truck needed fuel. 70cents off??? A definite reward for shopping for needed items and groceries!

I love Kroger! I save a lot of money there and they give out great perks for customers who sign up for their in-house savings program. They also have great deals on day(s) old flowers (for those of us who love flowers but can’t always afford them, the prices vary between stores but the Friendswood Kroger has the best fair prices on older floral arrangements) H-E-B would rather toss them than give the customers a few dollars off. The only downside of Kroger is the produce department isn’t outstanding. But, I would rather shop at Kroger than H-E-B!

Love this family owned business! They are eager to help and assist. They also deal with any issue someone may have with total class! I myself have never had ANY problem!

Natalie in pharmacy was very helpful with my prescription transfer & refill. I spoke with her both on the phone & in person. She was a pleasure to speak with and gave me a great customer service experience both times. Kroger has a jewel in Natalie!

Was here(Friendswood on 528 location) to pick up my Click List order, I realized after pulling into my spot that I had a flat tire. I had already contacted my roadside assistance by the time my order came to my car. The young man(i really wish I would have gotten his name!) who delivered my order noticed my tire, made sure I had help on the way, and even offered to get me a bottle of water while I waited. Very impressed with his concern for my well-being! Kroger should be proud to have such a caring employee, willing to go above and beyond if needed!

I ordered a last minute birthday cake with a barnyard theme drawn flat since it’s easier and takes less time. Picked the cake up today around 1pm and it’s super cute. The cake decorator (who’s name escapes me right now) did an amazing job and even did 3D animals instead of a flat drawing. Amazing cake!

Love my KROGER, the pharmacy is extremely convenient as one can select groceries while waiting for an Rx to be filled ( 2 tasks in one stop).

The store employees and staff are friendly,and helpful. Each night,after closing, the store is cleaned and completely restocked. Each day opens with a great presentation in every direction.

How many different places would one need to find everything? Start here and the only place you stop at next is home.

I love the curbside pickup options here! I’m happy that this is my local small grocery location. I come here to get my basics and it’s not too busy.

My Review is for the bakery and the floral departments my experience was very pleasant all the ladies in both departments was exceptional , it was my Anniversary and they did a perfect job kroger should be proud to have employees such as these loved my experience thanks for all u guys do !!!!!

Quick stop on way home from work to pick up a few things. Everything was easy to find.

Love this Kroger! Wish I was still staying in Friendswood. My hometown Kroger is not as nice as this store. Set up or people wise! These folks really show they care about their customers! Love this store!!!

This Kroger has their act together customer service is great unlike the new one on League City Parkway who's customer service manager does not care about you unless you are Spanish. The Kroger on 528 hands down is the best in this area. Everyone there is polite and seem to enjoy thier job WELL DONE MANAGERS OF THE KROGER ON 528!!!
