AutoZone Auto Parts

I had some battery issues and went to another auto parts store that was closer, but they could not help me due to not having enough employees at the store at the time of my arrival. I went to this store (Auto Zone in Grayson) and Greg was happy and quick to help. I didn’t have to wait. He tested the battery, showed me the results, took the old battery out and put the new one in in a matter of minutes! This store has great customer service, was quick and efficient. I will go to this store FIRST next time for my auto part needs.

Greg was so helpful!!! Came in to get new windshield wipers (mine were literally dangling off my car). Greg helped me purchase a great pair and installed them for me all in less than 5 minutes. Incredibly grateful!!!

After visiting 2 other shops around the area I decided to try this due to my horrible experiences and let me assure you….this was the exact opposite of how I was treated at the other places. The staff was attentive, nice, and professional. I will go no where else anymore! Highly recommend

Greg the store manager was wicked helpful, kind and really know his stuff. He really helped us out! He went above and beyond any auto one or auto part store I have ever been to. I will forever only go to this Autozone! I hope he gets recognized for his outstanding customer service!

I HAD A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE! I went to the Advance Auto down the street near the beverage store and they were SO unhelpful and condescending towards me in regard to just changing/inspecting my wipers for no reason. They didn't even help me change the wipers after I got them. I came here in distress because I literally didn't want to mess anything up on my end and Greg and Zach helped me put the wipers on. They were VERYYY helpful especially since they truly weren't obligated to assist since they were bought from a different store/company altogether and I will totally be coming back. Everyone was nice and assisted me with trying to get them on and this will be THE ONLY place I buy wipers from from now on. Thank you!!!!

Today I went in to purchase transmission oil for my car and the sales associate name Greg went above and beyond to help me with my car. The AutoZone located in Grayson I must say the associates are very professional and very helpful.

3/13/24 My check engine light came on so I stopped by. Kelli came out and plugged something in to my dash and then pulled up the problems on the computer. She helped me find and order the parts to fix what I could and helped me decide what I should take to a mechanic.

Nathan was amazing! I had one idea of how to do a job and needed special tools to do it, but his knowledge saved us time and money. I needed 2 turn signals changed, and another company wanted me to buy special tools and tried to sell me the wrong parts. Nathan jumped in and helped me change them before I even left the parking lot.! Thank you so much!!!

Customer service was amazing! They were very helpful with finding out which battery I needed and explained why. They put the battery in and was overall outstanding. I recommend this location!

I went to this Grayson location to replace my windshield wipers. Gregory helped me pick out the correct wipers at the price I was comfortable with. After purchase he included a jug of wiper fluid, installed the new wipers, and discarded the old wipers at no additional charge. Great costumer service throughout the visit.

There were lots of employees available and willing to help their customers.

Have to say one of best customer service experience I have had in a long time. Grey is the best.

Gregory at this location is awesome! My daughter and I came in early when the store first opened, and even though he was super busy, he took the time out to run the diagnostic test to see why her check engine light was on, and then helped us find the part we needed. In a world where customer service is non-existent, Greg renewed my hope that there are still good people who will help you. Thank you again!
