New manager Justin was very helpful, had a very good experience here! Justin helped me get a battery replaced today and answered all questions I had. Seems like he’s doing a great job, store has vastly improved under his management. Will definitely be coming back.

A CV Axle went bad on my car 600 miles from home. The employees here were more than helpful with the tool rental program and even went above and beyond letting me borrow some of their personal tools to get my car up and running and back on the road. I’ve never seen customer service like theirs. Thanks fellas!

I can find everything I need to work on my truck or car. If they dont have the part at the time, they will order it.

Manager Andrew is the most helpful and knowledgeable auto parts person I have had the pleasure of finding in this area and the only one that I go to when I need a part and or answers. He will bend over backwards to make sure you get what you need and he doesn't try to up-sale you some new gimmick just to try and make a buck like I've had other parts ppl do at other places.

The store seems clean and the employees were helpful. We like the steaks duralast brand because you can return any defective tools without a receipt. We've only had to do this a couple times

I walked in needing a few things to fix up my son's car before he got home from deployment. I happened to get waited on by the store's manager, John. I was in there for probably over an hour, spent way too much money, laughed, joked, had a great time with all of the employees. Because the majority of the money I spent was going towards my son's car, after I nearly had a heart attack over the total price, John gave me the military discount and said even though it was my son who was in the military (not me), the parents of those who made the unselfish sacrifice to serve deserve the same "Thank You For Your Service".
John found a box to put all of my new treasures in, and he proceeded to carry everything out to my car for me. I told him that I was new in town and we stood outside my car for 20 minutes talking about this town, the food it offered, the places to go, places to stay away from, etc.
I've been in the hospitality business for almost 28 years. John is the definition of what Customer Service is all about. AutoZone, you guys have my business for life. And John, the Bolivar store has my business as long as I live anywhere near here.

I had to replace the brakes on my Lexus rx330 and was In a very big hurry . Rodney offered to let me use his personal tools and do it in the parking lot. Follow up return for warranty refund a few days later and again Rodneywas extremely helpful and professional. This is the best autizone experience I ever had. Kudos to you Rodney awesome customer service!!!!

Staff is helpful. We preffer autozone, the oreileys keeps losing the parts we order. Same part at oreileys had to be ordered 3 times because it got lost.No trouble yet with autozone.

Oh my gosh. These guys were a life saver. We were 4 hours away from home when my alternator started to go out. Danny was able to get us the part we needed but then answered the call to go above and beyond for us. It was Sunday around 6:30pm when we pulled in needing help. He was able to call one of the locals he knew and get someone to come and put my alternator on. They opened their breakroom to my 1 year old son, sister, and niece while the best samaritan put our part on. I can not say enough good things about this store and this town. This is southern hospitality at its finest and I could not be more thankful for running into this small town and it's great people. I was unable to get the local man name but he works on and drives racecars there in the area. I can not thank this store and Danny enough.

We use this location quite a bit and they are always helpful and polite both in person and over the phone. We always come away with what we needed or help in the right direction.

Randy Thompson was great! Customer service skills was great! I recommend him if anyone has any questions about their vehicle!
