We just finished one of the filets I picked up this afternoon, and as always it is superb in flavor, tenderness and texture.
Fed one of our neighbors one several months ago and they said they had never had one so delicious! Marvelous quality and the people are your friendly neighbors!!!

It's worth the drive from Sanford since our butcher shop changed hands and is not the same. Excellent old-school butcher shop. Clean. Large selection and service at its finest. Heavenly place for the rub and spice lovers. I recommend you come and get you sum! 1st stop is Broadwells for some plants, then Carolina Butcher Shop or vice versa. Bring a BIG cooler. Beat the crowds and come early.

What can I say,if you want a good Steak to throw on the grill Carolina Butcher shop is the place to go. They will cut them as thick as you want and their prices are on point. My wife and I ended up buying all sorts of meat and all was very fresh, definitely will be going back.

We love this place and tell everyone we know about it. My husband loves the steaks and sausages and the marinated meats are my fav! Discovering it during COVID times meant waiting in lines and it was always busy but it was worth the wait. We can’t wait to get a deep freezer to finally be able to enjoy some of their bulk buy specials!

It's worth the drive from Fayetteville. Excellent old-school butcher shop. Great Angus Brisket. Large selection of meats and service is awesome. We recommend you visit them as soon as possible. Beat the crowds and come early. You won't be disappointed.

Great local butcher shop! Love their burgers, sausages and Tomahawk Ribeyes. They always have a great selection to choose from. If you love to grill and love a good quality of meat you'll love Carolina Butcher Shop!

We have tried the pinwheels, meat balls, rollups and country sausage. They all came out very well, all were cooked in a fry pan for various meals.
We will be back to try other items you have including your great steaks.

Can't believe I've been getting my meat from my local harris teeter the whole time since i moved into town when i had this place so close! Amazing quality meat, and super helpful and nice staff (the guy who rang me up could have been a bit more friendly though, felt like he was watching me and betting i was going to steal something, but his attitude changed soon as my credit card went through lol)!

I came in late on Christmas eve, and not only did they still have an incredible looking prime ribeye for me, but the guy who helped me, i assume who is the manager, gave me a free wagyu ribeye, which I've never been able to afford really. This is my first Christmas alone, and that really made it so much better. I'm definitely coming back here for all my meat from now on!! Thanks guys!!!

The only place I buy my meats since I discovered them 4 years ago. The staff is great and very friendly. It is veteran owned which is a big plus for me.

The shop is very clean and meticulously clean. The Butchers are all very knowledgeable and very willing to help you select a cut of meat and will also help explaining the best way to cook it. I always look forward to my next visit.

Tristan and his folks run a great shop. I love doing BBQ and this is my go to place for ingredients. I love that it is a Veteran Owned business as well. Can't wait for them to open the Cary location :) (A man can dream right)

Meat packs are back! Just left after picking up the #3 freezer meat pack and stocking up on many other goodies for the month.
We converted from Butcher Box to this local butcher and the quality and value is unmatched!
Weekly specials can't be beat and the employees are friendly and helpful.

Knowledgeable butchers with some great hints for making my prime roast turn out perfect! I wish I lived closer but it’s worth the drive.

Heard about this place a while back, been looking for a Butcher. Needed just the point of a brisket and they cut one for me while waiting. Burnt ends turned out great. Decided to try a couple other items; jalepeno stuff chicken breast wrapped in bacon and stuffed mushroom tops. Turned out great. Also got their box special...will be a repeat customer. I decided to repackage the meat, out of the box, in freezer bags since I wouldn't be eating for a few days.
