Had to get a replacement battery for my vehicle. Price was competitive and Nicholas was super helpful and friendly with the sale and installation. Great customer service is not easy to find these days.

Fantastic shop. Seems like a Ma&Pa. Brett and Patrick, especially (I'm sure everybody is great, these are the two I dealt with). Very friendly and they will take care of you. Brought in an old marine starter battery. Completely dead. They charged it up to give me the reading. Took care of me through and through.

I have a 2015 Ram Promaster 2500 With a diesel engine . My right rear brake locked up and O'Reilly auto parts was there for me . This van is a little crazy on correct parts but the guy brought in the 2 possibilities of calipers and boom and brakes were correct . They really saved me Thank you all so much.

I went to the O'Reilly in angier yesterday. The employees that worked there were extremely helpful in getting everything that I needed. I also bought a steering wheel cover because my sterring wheel is made out of leather and gets extremely hot in the afternoon. I couldn't get it on the steering wheel myself so I went back inside thinking the one I got was too small. One of the employees came out and actually put the cover on my steering wheel himself. He didn't have to do it all. But he did. I work in customer service myself and the customer service those employees had was unbelievable. They were so kind and helpful and went above and beyond what most people expect. I was very impressed by their kindness and helpfulness they displayed. I will start going to this particular store in angier from now on. I've never had an employee of any place be so kind and helpful. I really appreciate everything they did for me yesterday. 💜

Awesome employees with extensive knowledge of parts and customer needs. Timely service with minimum wait times. Managers always present to address specific needs of customers. Animal friendly and satisfaction top priority. Do visit. Them and experience the ease and excellent pricing of parts.

This store has great customer service and the manager, Jorge, has always been very knowledgeable and helpful. He always goes the extra mile to get me what I need. This particular store carries a large selection of quality body shop materials now and can even provide mixed paint at very reasonable prices. I will continue to do business here in the future !

We purchase a lot of maintenance supplies and parts from O'Reilly. They offer good prices, quick service, and delivery. Their parts are usually quality replacements. They almost always have what we need or will get it within 48 hours or less.
