I have been purchasing items from Fly Boutique for about a year now. The staff at The Fly are truthfully second to none. They listen to the needs and desires of their customers, they sell quality clothing, and the “lives” that they do during the week are so entertaining. I do not know any of the Fly Boutique family personally, but I truly feel like they are family. They are “real.” They allow their customers to get to know them on a personal level. I think what I love most about Fly Boutique is that they use numerous staff, friends, and family to model the clothing. They do a fantastic job and carrying clothing to fit most body sizes. I feel like most of the regular customers have at least one staff member that they can relate to as far as size. This helps so much because it definitely lessens the amount of clothing that has to be returned. The shipping is unbelievably fast as well.
My husband laughs at me because he knows if The Fly girls are going live, I will be watching ( and most of the time purchasing) I constantly tell others about The Fly because I want others to be as satisfied as I am. I have never had a problem returning an item because the customer service is fantastic. Give this boutique a try. I feel confident that you will be as “sold” on the products and staff as I am.

The Fly Boutique is the best boutique I have ever shopped with. The customer service is Wonderful, fast shipping, and understanding with returns. The ladies and gent at The Fly Boutique are so sweet and funny. They bring us the biggest array of clothing in all sizes. Beautiful handbags, jewelry, tons of the best shoes, candles and even menswear. They are willing to work with you if you happen to order the wrong size; however, when they do their lives on Facebook …they explain sizing spot on so you are able to shop from the luxury of your own home! Shipping is fast, and if I could give them a perfect 10 stars…I definitely would!

I found out about Mama Tess, Ainsley and the Fly Girls about a year ago. My closet is only Fly Boutique now. Whether I’m buying online, in 1 of the stores or calling the warehouse to ask a question - they always treat you like you’re their family - not just a customer. I love watching their nightly Live Sales - it’s almost like a comedy show. Most boutiques are for young skinny people - not Fly - when they go to Market - they buy for all ages & sizes and now have men clothing. When I walk in Fly - they always know my name - when you shop at Fly Boutique - you’ll get the best prices with the latest fashions available. I love walking around looking like a Fly Girl!

I love Fly boutique! They have the cutest clothes and they stay on trend! I love to watch their live sales through the app! I heard about Fly in November of last year and it is basically the only place I shop now. The staff at Fly Boutique are always so helpful! They have a wide selection of shoes, jewelry, clothing, and all kinds of accessories. Everything I have bought has fit perfectly. Eveyting that is on the app has a live video where one of the employees is wearing and describing the item and how it fits. I absolutely LOVE this boutique. I don't hesitate to send my friends to or tell others about this boutique. They also carry small to curvy sizes.

I love this boutique!! I lived in Hattiesburg for undergrad, and I didn't know it even existed. Having recently moved to Birmingham, AL, I love that I can watch the live sales with their app and still get affordable, yet quality clothing and accessories while supporting a small business in my home state! Did I mention that they ship incredibly quick too? So don't be afraid to try these gals out if you're out of state! They have incredible customer service, too. I've had to return a few things that didn't quite work for me, and it was super easy to contact them, and I didn't have to wait long for a reply. Definitely worth checking out if you (or your man, because they sell Men's clothing too!) are in the market for some quality and super cute items!

The Fly Boutique has the most updated clothes and accessories. Their customer service and warehouse departments are awesome. If I order something that didn’t fit right or for some reason I just changed my mind they are very quick to issue a store credit with no problem. The Gulfport store is the one that I go to the most and the employees are the most helpful and very polite. I love shopping at Fly Boutique.

I absolutely love The Fly Boutique. I usually order online but every trip to Biloxi, I'm headed to one of their brick and mortar buildings. Dresses, tops, bottoms, shoes, jewelry and anything else you need to look sassy...Fly is the place to shop! The prices are very reasonable and can't forget about customer service, the girls are so nice at the stores and if you have any questions or concerns online, they get back with you very quick.
