Fran is a valuable asset to our local GNC in Laurinburg, NC...! She is so knowledgeable about the products sold & helps me in everyway needed. I met the store's newest employee Josh, on my last visit this week, & he also gave me excellent service. I must say though that Fran is one of the very best associates I have ever had at any GNC over many decades....on a scale of 1 to 10, I vote Fran a 10, all tge way...!!! 👍

Horrible experience, apparently someone keeps thinking that they have my email and the emailed receipts come to me. I most certainly did not buy "carb control" nor was I shoping in texas in the last few days.

Google and the sign on the store window states that this location opens at 11 on Sunday. The store was in fact, not open at 11. I called the store and the recording states that the store opens at 12 on Sundays so I went and ran some errands and went back around 12:15 and the store was still not open.

Very poor service and a bad attitude. Needs to learn communication. GNC in Laurinburg needs to be shut down
