This is a very nice and well stocked store. The employees are always very friendly and helpful.

I've wanted this Murphy cabinet for a while but it was $350. I found it on sale for $95 and finally got it. Thank you Belk for having sales!!

Love this store location because every time I go the service is great. I'm never ignored, staff are always polite and very helpful. Just orederd these cute boots and the clerk informed me of the arrival and I was able to pick them up with no problem.

Store was clean. Not many associates. Store associate that checked up out for the towels I bought was at the makeup counter and was very friendly. Great sales 50% sales and 70% off door busters!

Only one clerk in entire store....love shopping here until check out....walked around 3 times...only one clerk with looong line...she was nice and it was easy to see she was exhausted...plz get more clerks ...

Had a return from an online order that was horribly wrong. In store associates were great. No problem with return and they helped me find a replacement that was in sale.

Nice selection but the highlight, which made me buy more, was actually the wonderful register person, she was friendly, extremely helpful, went out of her way to make sure I was satisfied, and went above and beyond what even a good employee is.

I always find what I am looking for, the staff is always willing to help with any needs you might have and are always friendly and respectful. You can't get better sales anywhere else with the high quality merchandise. Belk's is the place to shop!!!!!!

If you find yourself in need of customer service at Laurinburg Belk, look for Zack. I needed a size and color of shoe that wasn't available at my local Belk, and they gave me a list of Belks to contact...the shoes I needed weren't sure to be in stock so they couldn't order them from the store. I called a Charlotte store first and got transferred and put on hold and never got to talk to anyone who could help me. Next on the list was Laurinburg. Zack answered and transferred me. When that department didn't pick up, Zack came back on, found my shoes, and arranged for them to be shipped to me. He chatted and made me feel like it was just a pleasure to help me. He's an awesome customer service guy and he'll go far, whether he stays in retail or heads elsewhere. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, ZACK!

This is an extremely large Belks store that is very well put together and is also clean & neat. They have an large volume of inventory.
