6/23/23 11A.M. — I don’t know how this guy ended up being the only person working today (at least up front) but talk about service! Dude was handling 2 phone calls and still managed to offer up fantastic service and speed. I’ll drive back out to this location every time just because today blew any other locations service out of the water. Good job.

On October 23rd Car battery broke on the same day my mom and I were heading to Dallas for a concert but we were able to get in here and get a new battery in and all perfect for us for me to be able to still get to my concert on time!! Staff was so friendly and helpful and I am so grateful to them!!

Thank you O'Reilly Auto Parts for being close to my neighborhood because they not only have good stock on my Auto consumables, they also have batteries for most lawn equipment and tow items!

This place is always good to me. When I need something they have it or get it the next day, Sammy and Michael know me by name and always pull up my account and are ready for me.

I did not get her name, but the manager girl on Sunday 10/9/22 at around 11:30 was very quick and knowledgeable. I am very happy with her service to solve my warranty.

I needed a bulb in one of my headlights replaced. An employee by the name of Logan was so kind and helpful. He changed the bulb, answered my questions and explained the process so if need be I could do it myself in the future. Very polite and professional. Highly recommend.

My husband needed a part for his truck. The staff member went right to it. Showed him 2: one a lot cheaper than the other. Clean store...nice staff...had part at decent price... couldn't get better.

I'm thoroughly impressed with this store's personnel! They go above and beyond to help you! They are friendly and won't leave you not understanding something. I was also impressed with their knowledge and ability to explain things in layman's terms! Thank you for building on the southwest side of town!

Michael was very helpful. He got me fixed right up with the fuel line I needed for my mower. He also answered some other questions I had regarding the oil filter. Thank you!

The guys there are very nice and helpful. Tre helped me figure out a way to help me fix the problem I had. He’s solid because we rigged something up but it worked😂

My battery died. I was having a bad time of it. This crew fixed me right up no problem. Jeff even helped me pick a good battery, without letting me buy an excessive battery fit for an off road vehicle (which I do not own). Not only that, Jeff and another crew member changed my battery for me while I observed, and learned something new about my late model vehicle.

I can't say enough good things. I'm so grateful this crew was there to help me salvage a long, hot, potentially expensive day.

Zachary is a awesome guy! Fixed my wife's taillight. Assistant manager. But I really think he should be Manager. He has my vote!

Universal windshield wipers should say se assembly required. When i went back to exchange them the lady behind the counter managed to get them assembled and put on my car which was awesome

Was able to walk in and get a quick haircut before lunch. Garrett always does good work.
