AT&T Store

Nate was so patient and knowledgeable in helping me purchase a phone. He has a great customer service personality. I would recommend this att store for everyone.

Was there on the 4th of July, had phone issues and the store representative, Catherine, who was working alone was so patient with me and worked very hard to get me all set up again. She was very pleasant and funny and honest. She had great customer service skills and was attentive to each customer that came in while helping me.

My mom, sister and I went into this At&t store and we were very pleased with the service. Julianna helped us get switched to a more appropriate plan for our family, and she was very helpful with any questions or concerns that we had during the process. She also gave us a lot of tips on affordable ways to upgrade our phones while also saving money. We were very pleased with Julianna and would recommend anyone to go to that store if you need help with your phone or service!

Julianna was absolutely the best hands down. She was so friendly and just did everything with a smile. I would highly recommend going and seeing her she will get you all taken care of before you walk out the door

Julianna helped me today and she was fantastic. She was knowledgeable, thorough and explained things so my wife and I could understand them. I highly recommend her and this store.

This store ported in my phone in less than 15 minutes (minus the hour I had to spend with Verizon getting my account away from them) with account set up/billing etc. They were nice and helpful. I can't recommend them enough. I had spent over 11 days trying to do the same thing with Verizon, as I had been their customer for years on a different account type. I'm so happy to have a store that gives great customer service close by and I would recommend them to anyone. They took all the hassle away.

I would highly recommend this store and even more specifically Julianna. I came in and had a TON of questions on products and services and she helped me to the very end. Julianna stayed patient and was extremely knowledgeable!! I will definitely be back at this store very soon!!

Juliana, is the best person to go to she helped me with my bill of the bat. When i was speaking with an agent over the phone and she felt like the agent didnt make sense she jumped in and question him with no Hesitation thank you so much also, a thousand thank you because she realized that I was paying late payments for 4 month without me even knowing and she throught it out there and spoke for me and asked if i can get this credit it since it was not my fault.

Today I walked into AT&T and had by far the easiest and most amazing visit I have ever had in any mobile retail store. I had the pleasure of working with Vanity who was very knowledgeable and helpful! I will definitely be coming back to this store for any needs in the future!

Our visit to the store was amazing. All of our questions and concerns were addressed. We were given multiple options for upgrades, changes, add on services, etc. He helped us set up our new devices, find cases, and accessories; took time with us after the store was scheduled to close and made sure we were completely satisfied. Gave us his number, in case we have any other issues or concerns. I have not seen such exemplary Customer Service, in quite some time!

Beware Nate at the store wrote this review w/o my knowledge, He was supposed to be transferring info to my new phone!!!.
This store is amazing and Nate is a Rockstar and have so much knowledge. The store manager mark G is an awesome guy to work with and charming. Thank you guys. I love my direct stream and amazing quality.

Came in to the AT&T store to get an issue fixed walked out with mark and Nate getting my upgrade helped me add my grandson while saving me big money with the Directv stream. 100% friendly and amazing wouldn’t want them to leave.

Great experience on Saturday. I switched from TMobile to AT& T. Julianna was friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend stopping by to see her for all your cell phone needs.

These folks have been so patient and helpful. Julianna and Jake are the best. We had a complicated move of 4 phones from Verizon to ATT and they worked alongside us the whole way.

This is the best AT&T store I have ever been in that really helps me! Mark and Catherine are so knowledgeable and really help you understand! They deserve a raise!!!

Went into the store today for a problem, Jake, Juliana and Nate helped my mom and I. They went above and beyond to take care of us. They are great. Weather you need help or or a new phone stop in and see them. Thanks again guys for all the help.

Great service! Upgraded my phone and it was very fast and easy with the help of the staff. As I was leaving, the employee ran out to my car (twice) to give me something that I had left inside! Had a problem later and came back, the employee stayed past closing to help me fix the issue. Above and beyond customer service!

Julianna was exceptional! She and her fellow co workers were patient and gave instructions that we could understand. Julianna and Mark went above and beyond!
