This location is truly exceptional, and I have always enjoyed my experience. The general manager is personable and truly cares for both the workers and customers. Recently, this location has gone through a renovation of their lobby. I was amazed as it only took 2-3 weeks to complete the renovation while still providing quality customer service and timely food delivery. In an industry where cooking from home is a price competitive option and the cost of fast food menu items is increasing, this location is proving that great success is still possible.

Just recently started going to McDonald's because of my kid. After trying multiple ones in the greater Cincinnati area, Oxford and Hamilton, I can say the only one with consistently good quality food is this one in Oxford. The atmosphere is also very open and welcoming. It's also pretty clean. I am not a fan of fast food, especially since quality has gone down and prices up since 2020, so it's nice to know this particular location has consistently good quality food.

Everyone that works late night...3rd shift....are the amazing. They are always polite, fast service, and never a hitch as far as getting food hot and exactly what you ordered...Hats off to you guys, thank you so much!!

The McDonald’s in New Lebanon is always friendlier, and they make far fewer mistakes than any other McDonald’s in the surrounding area. I am so glad that they are close to us!

Really great food when you get it hot....

Overall, this McDonald's is constantly good. I usually have no complaints. My food is always good and most of the time is correct !! I would say one of the best local McDonald's . They tend to be busy a lot, but that doesn't usually affect the service. I would say that over the last two years, I have had only one bad experience, and considering the number of times we had visited, we had thus locations that's really nothing. We are creatures of habit so we almost always get the same meal when we come in . It's always right, and the fries are almost always good !! We enjoy the app now. It's nice to have already placed the order or to just give the code . The best part of using the app is not having to pay at the window. If you have the card saved to your app, then it just automatically pays!!! That is just a wow every single time !!! I love it, and I hate that I didn't start using the app sooner !!! Also, another cool part about giving the app code or ordering from the app is that the order taker always greets you by name, which adds a little personal touch . I like that you can reorder previous orders as well !! Also, if you forgot something on the app or the option isn't showing, no worries, they always make sure to ask if you need to add anything . So the app is definitely 10 out of 10 for me !!!

Great place when not near the one we usually go to we are from Ross we go to Walmart in Oxford and this mcdonalds is great

They work so hard here it’s ridiculous. I love this McDonald’s and they’re usually nice and attentive. I give them credit, when I know some people don’t. Good work guys!

It's McDonald's. Service was fast and food was what you'd expect.

I have never had more perfect nuggets in my life. The crispness? Amazing. The brownness? Amazing. The taste? REMARKABLE. My family is quite large so we order a lot but the workers treated us with utmost kindness and the service was wonderful. AND THE CARAMEL MACCHIATO? Absolutely devine like something from the highest point of heaven. Amazing experience. Would recommend.

I had kind of just gave up on McDonald's. It had totally changed everything, it's appearance, menu, even made the restaurants a little over the top in my opinion. I felt like they were trying to turn into the "Starbucks" of fast food. It was all just to much in my opinion. But this McDonald's, as "Starbuckish" as it may be, the staff were super friendly, welcoming, and cheerful. Got my order quickly. Great experience!

Well the bagels were kinda burnt and they did not put on Holland sauce. Regular biscuit sandwich's are wonderful. I will give them five stars anyway of the week over Texas Road House.

Quite literally the fastest McDonald’s drive thru I’ve ever gone through. It’s consistent too. This location also has one of the nicest staffs I’ve ever encountered at a McDonald’s! 10/10

Best McDonald's in Ohio! Our orders are always correct and fresh! Fries are always perfectly salted and nice and hot. Ice cream and frappe machines are NEVER broken, and the staff are absolutely wonderful and sweet! Its fast service through the drive thru and they never miss a beat! Love this place! They truly made McDonald's enjoyable again!

Had the hottest crispiest nuggets I've ever had from a McDonald's today. The Big Mac was good too as well as quickly friendly service.

Super friendly. Food was pretty good too. Fries were made the way i wanted them. I enjoyed conversing briefly with them. You could see they did indeed enjoy their job. I liked it. EDIT: 04/17/2021. I'm a Door Dash driver and most of my deliveries are in Oxford. McDonalds is the busiest restaurant in Oxford. They are open 24 hours and slow times are rare. After watching these people for a couple of years, I decided to see if I could work there and be as productive, efficient, and work 8 hours at the near speed of light pace as the experienced employees do. I applied, was hired, and quit after only working a little more than 2 months. The employees at McDonalds need to be praised not chastised. So whether you're in your car doing the drive thru gig, ordering in the lobby, or picking up a delivery order, don't forget to thank them and praise them for doing such a good job. And if there's a mistake in your order, or the lines are long and they're playing catch up please don't fret. Breathe slowly and deeply and let noradrenaline in and keep adrenaline contained. Americans are poisoned with the need for instant gratification. And, if you think you can do better they're currently hiring. What does it make you feel like when you're praised for doing a good job?

Always fast, accurate, and friendly at this location and it seems like well managed. Never had an issue here.

I have been a drive-through customer at this McDonald's location for over 20 years. I am addicted to McD's iced tea, so I generally come by about 1-2 times per week. Throughout this period, the service and staff have been consistently excellent. The service is quick, the food is good, the staff are friendly, and the restaurant's landscaping and exterior is always well-maintained and beautiful.

College town so pretty much a crowded mess. But they are well staffed and do a good job there. Food wise just another Big Mac.
