Always a great experience here. The drinks taste strong and amazing. The employees are super friendly and always eager to help me. I always go here everyday before work to get my coffee and I love they remember me.

I just wanted to say there was a very helpful young man there today they were out of the topping I wanted and he made sure to point it out when I came in and to offer me alternatives it was much appreciated!

Long lines during periods when students are in town, but very friendly and professional staff. They are warm and caring and stay cool even when rude customers expect instant service or are offended by having to wait in line. Consistent quality and warmth from kind staff, who learn the names of regulars and give their full attention to each order.

They get busy in between classes. Order on the app if you're worried about time. Love the design. Very cozy

Good, but tiny, starbucks without a drive through. Never had anything that wasn't made properly here, and the staff is always friendly, even when being slammed with lines out the door. You're never treated as an inconvenience.

Honestly one of the best Starbucks I've ever been to int terms of service and coffee. The space is very small and is always crowded. If you order ahead you won't have to wait in line, which can range anywhere from 5 to 10 minutes.

Love this location! I work at Miami University and frequent this Starbucks on my lunch break. Great service and they are very personal-able. Kate, Liz, Hannah and Shawna are the best!

Every time I go there, the staff is friendly and I get my order pretty fast even when they are busy.
