Friendly and helpful staff. Explained the process and got the job done in a timely fashion.

I spoke with someone on chat who said I needed a new box and within minutes of arriving I had my new equipment. Jessica at the front desk was amazing and answered all my questions. I have an IT question and she got someone out front to help me within minutes

Very happy with my internet and the service comporium provides. Realized I had an outage that was no fault of comporiums, they immediately dispatched someone to help and had the problem solved in less than 20 minutes. The service tech was professional and very nice. I've lived a few places and had different service across the country and have been most happy with comporium.

Great customer service! Kathy is great, so polite and helpful. I can't remember the other woman's name who helped me today I think her name was Janice or Jeanette she was very helpful also thank you so much for making this a headache free transaction.

Internet is a bit pricey but customer service and repair service has always been top notch for me. I am getting rid of Directv and getting Moxi whole home and upgrading my internet today thanks to the new fiber optics installed a few weeks ago. Can't wait for the upgrade, Thanks guys !!!

Kathy Whittle in customer is by far- the BEST customer service rep I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Facing two issues with my account- both of which should have been an easy fix-proved to be a challenge. Kathy accepted ownership, went above and beyond to resolve these issues and provided follow-up to ensure resolution as well as my satisfaction- and always with a laugh and a pleasant voice.
She made my interaction with Comporium a positive experience. Would behoove many to use Kathy as the gold-bar standard.
