Superior Automotive Service Center

I am a repeat client and they are all very pleasant to work with and took care of the problem. It meant a lot to have folks that communicate with you and you aren't just a number. Of course, they didn't have a solution for the nut between the drivers wheel and the seat.

Took our car in to be serviced (for an alignment); upon inspection they discovered two tires had been separated; they put new tires on it; after getting car back, we noticed that the brakes were not functioning properly; took it back in and they addressed the problem immediately. William was so professional and honest and corrected the problem to our satisfaction. Would definitely use them again and highly recommend their business!

They worked hard troubleshooting multiple problems on my 20+ year old F150. Running much better now.

I met these guys on a terrible day, the day my car drowned in the 2022 Batesburg flood. My engine locked up 😭 so he had to replace my engine and did lots of other stuff to get my beloved car back on the road. You can trust you are in good hands here at Superior Automotive in Gilbert. This man is a car genius.

**sidenote** William even negotiated a brand new engine with State Farm.

State Farm, Larry Hutto Agency, specifically, was a NIGHTMARE to deal with, if you have State Farm and he is your agent, you better find a better provider QUICKLY before you have to endure the hell I did, just for trusting that I was in good hands.

Absolutely love this place. Anytime I have an issue James is always super helpful and has fair prices for his services! I've ordered tires, had lots of oil changes and many other things taken care of at Superior! Never had a issue!!

Superior Auto is a great place for vehicle maintenance and repair. We take all our gehicles there. The price is comparable. The work done on our vehicles has been exceptional and we have been very pleased. The staff are friendly and helpful. They will tell you if you don't need something done to your car or if it can wait. Love dealing with them.

I brought a vehicle in several months ago with electrical problems expecting the worst. Not only was the problem minor, but they did not try to upsale me and actually performed the maintenance cheaper than expected and quickly. Very trustworthy shop and I will never take my vehicles to any other shop for repairs. Highly recommended!

let me tell you this, best service I've ever had for my limo service.my units are fixed , on time , and a fair price. my car 's are safety inspected , oil change, even had a motor replaced . i've owned a limo service 30 plus years and the best i've found

This guy's a great William is amazing and always makes everything right it does a great job you don't have to worry about not trusting them.

My husband and I went in for an oil change, and they discovered I had a damaged front tie rod end on my '12 Chevy Impala. Since we highly trust them for all our vehicle needs, and we use my car for traveling and for local use, we had both tie rod ends replaced while we were there. We will be visiting them soon to purchase a new tire as well.

Good place to get car alternator and starter worked on.

Local repair shop that provides honest mechanical service. Whenever I bring a vehicle to thier shop, the owners or the master mechanic explains any necessary repairs or schedule maintenance in a terminology that I can easily understand.

I had called 3 other mechanic shops around the area of Gilbert and all said 2 hour wait to be towed so I keep looking and called supior to see if they where available and they said yes we are otw to your location now I was very pleased how they hooked my car up unlike other mechanic shops would just drag it up on the flat bed they actually took there time and didn't cause anymore damage to my vehicle I am very happy with how they handled my business and will be receiving my buisness again down the road
