They have had a real hard time staffing their pharmacy lately. Today was the best with 5 people there ,but lately the service has been far below this. The staff however has maintained professionalism INSPITE of some customers.

I used to like RiteAid but they've been very short staffed and not answering the phone the employees seem to be trying their best. Ive had to drive to the store to request and check on refills.

Overall I've had a pretty OK experience with this pharmacy.
I find it very strange, that when I ask them for THEIR service THAT IM entitlement to, they always seem to have an attitude.
Whenever I ask them to delivery its always a problem and that's when customer service goes downhill. Today they delivered my medication and I kept my door open so he just knocked on the screen door, apparently the one knock was too much of a knock for him! My 11 year old tells me that someone's at the door and when I go to open the door, he's shaking his head with an attitude.
That was very unprofessional and rude! Especially because I know that THAT WAS the manager. There's no point in me actually calling to complain because he is the manager but literally that's your job and you need to do better, sir seriously! Look into getting a better job if you don't want to deliver services!
You were supposed to call when you were here and you can clearly see i was attending to my children!

Had to have a card to get savings I don't give out my information because companies sell info then you start to get garbage mail and phone calls trying. To sell items and get your credit card number
