Pipe Dreamz

Went to the store for my first time today. Owner was there on what was supposed to be his day off. Still was persevering and pleasant despite the b.s. We related because I have a business myself and know what it’s like to have to basically do everything and make sacrifices for your customers bc you can’t rely on others. And that’s exactly what he said. He was there and missing opportunity with his family to fulfill his customers needs. That’s the type of thing you can expect from a good business.If that’s not good customer service idk what is… I will gladly continue to support this business and recommend them to others. Great selection and great prices.

Ok. So. I just had my first visit yesterday and let me just say… 10/10. 5 gold stars.

We did not immediately find it from the road when we turned it, but then figured out it’s in the side. Duh lol. The shop was beautiful. Clean. Best selection in town. High end glass in pretty displays. Everything is displayed. Anything behind the counter you can see. Nothing is out of the way or hard to see or get to.

The woman who helped us, Bri, was super knowledgeable and cool. Very kind. Sharp dresser. She gave us the low down on the products and prices. Was friendly and funny.

She helped us find a product to fit our needs. I included some pictures of what we ended up getting. I think it was about $30 for both. Which is half as expensive as the other places I’ve been, for less quality product. Their stuff is worth every dime.

I’ve tried some other places in town, but it had bad experiences. This is absolutely where I’m going from now on.

Absolutely love my new incense burner my husband brought me home!! The cones smell amazing & I love how it looks in our home!! Happy holidays!

This place has everything you would need, the prices range from cheap-fair. The only high priced items are custom glass pieces. Check this store out you won't regret it.

Update: recently visited for an electronic dab straw. Got one for 37$ and it works. If you have smoke needs and are in this area, you will love this shop!

Very pleased with my purchases will definitely be back. Only thing is they forgot the couple of screens I purchased but the store and the clerk was so great I can get over it. Still 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Nice and clean smoke shop that lacks the typical seediness or grime found in a lot of its competitors. The staff are charismatic salespeople and are knowledgeable about any product I've picked off the shelf. Always feel comfortable shopping here so I always return.

This place has everything you need to smoke on whatever it is you're smoking on. 😜. It can be cheaper than most and more expensive than others. So come look for yourself. I happened to buy my wife's birthday gift here. I got her an Electronic dab rig with extra parts. $240 out the door.

Today was our first visit to the store and after our encounter with Darrin J we will definitely be making the trip over again. He was very knowledgeable with all the products in store and is definitely the right type of person for a store like this. He pulled anything we wanted to see out for us without a second thought. He also made excellent recommendations without being pushy. If you're looking for anything specific I highly recommend going to pipe dreamz and talking to Darrin J. Thanks again Darrin! Great shop. The staff is awesome and knowledgeable. The variety and selection is top notch and their prices are beyond fair!

So i stopped in to Pipe dreams and had a few questions about things...The man with the real beard was EXTREMELY helpful and super knowledgeable able and took the time to make sure i got what I was looking for! He wasn't pushy or just out for the sale he took the time to actually help me make an educated decision! Definitely will be back thank you!

I left this 5 star review last month but I'm back here to edit it. Still 5 stars, but I wanted to leave some kind words. Kind and knowledgeable staff, and the strongest kratom in town. 11/10, would recommend.

Will might be the coolest guy I've ever met. Such a down to earth guy who's really into working with his customer. I would recommend anyone in the lifestyle to go see him. Amazing and fair prices along with a variety of incredible pieces to choose from. Couldn't be happier.

Absolutely love this shop! The new girl there (I think her name was Mariah???) helped me pick out the nicest piece for Christmas. She’s fun, funny, all around a great employee and makes my shopping experience 100x better. You guys get all my business from now on :)

Omg! Absolutely love these stores Pandora and Pipe Dreamz! The main guy Will is amazing and very knowledgeable. Today we had the other main guy from Pipe Dreamz and he was dope! They have such a variety of pieces and products and it's probably my favorite place to go now! They have their own brand of vapes as well that are better than any hyde I've ever had! 10/10 recommend!

The staff are the friendliest people you could ever meet. They're selection is vast and all of the employees are very knowledgeable. They will help you find the right selection for you while being kind and patient. From incense to CBD products they have everything you need. Also if you like kratom they have a large selection at the best price I have found in North East Ohio. HIGHLY recommended!

Let me start this review by saying that I am not a smoker of anything that would require a bowl or a bong but, WOW! I wanted to buy one of each just because they were so extraordinary! The prices sure seemed reasonable to me and the two gentlemen that were working were very pleasant and fun. I purchased a "quick fix" for a friend so they do sell a lot of different products. Such a fun place!

Always a great time coming here. They do not overcharge on merchandise like other stores do. I would recommend that this is the best smoke shop in the valley! If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Everyone is knowledgeable and friendly. Never a problem coming here! Thank you!

Updated. Clean. The one Associate, did not get his name but very nice. Tall with long naturally curly hair, he was very knowledgeable and friendly. But he sold me a product about 2 weeks ago and i must return this hand made item
Other than above.....very sweet shop. Nicce selections.

Owner is super helpful and friendly, store always seems to be well-stocked. I only buy nicotine vape pens but am impressed by the wide variety of other products they carry :)
