The Granbury store is amazing. The staff working there are friendly and always get me in and out quickly. Elizabeth is almost always the one who helps me and I appreciate her friendliness and efficiency. She makes my mornings easier when I’m in a hurry and need to send something out. Thank you!

Every experience I've had there was efficient, friendly and quick. I see a lot of people come in there with no information, just an item they want mailed and they expect them to do everything. If you want something mailed, have it ready to go and it will be a more pleasant experience.

Elizabeth at Granbury UPS office was very patient, personable, and hard working. The store was busy, but she took time with me to get all the addresses on my packages right, and didn't get flustered or impatient. She had a nice personality too.

I’ve been coming here regularly for years to ship items from my business. These ladies work so hard and no matter the situation they still get the job done. I’ve gotten to know a few of these ladies pretty well and Elizabeth is one of the people who helps me often , they are always professional even during the holidays when they are quite obviously pushed to their limits. The owner here goes above and beyond if there are any issues with a package that’s been sent. I highly recommend this location for your shipping needs !!

Elizabeth is a 5 star employee. Extremely busy December season working by herself at store opening hours. So polite and extremely efficient. Suggestion in December have 2 people at all store hours!!!!

Liz and all the employees are always great! And now they have a separate line for Amazon return for Christmas that is Lightning fast! Best consistant customer service since covid! Thank you all for your great service!

It was the Friday after Thanksgiving and the team was more than willing to help work out the details of my project…printing, notary service, and overnight delivery.

Quick and easy! I use mostly for Amazon returns but have come for regular shipping a few times. Staff are always so knowledgeable and friendly especially Randi and Valerie.

The UPS Store was so helpful to our church. They were able to communicate and get my job done in a very timely and accurate manner. So pleasant to work with.

Such a great mail box. All the workers here are great and they do a beautiful job. Ellen and Sherry specifically are some of the sweetest ladies I know and love the Lord. Each time I walk in to check my mail they are ready to help with any problem I may have if I have any. I fully recommend using this mail service and if you don’t have a mailbox here get one it will be a total blessing. Jesus is the only one who saves and he gives eternal life to anyone who believes in him and follows him with their heart.

I went to get something notarized. I was greeted immediately and since there was no line, I was helped promptly. The three employees I saw working were all busy and friendly while helping customers - the store had a real positive environment.

Easy to get my document notarized - and was even asked if I needed to mail or fax the document.
