DT Roofing

I have used DT roofing twice in the past few months. The first time was when they put a new roof on the house we were buying. While the seller paid for the job, Clay did a great job keeping the buyer (me) and seller informed. The quality of the work was excellent and they left the job site clean. I was impressed enough with their work that I called Clay again a few weeks ago to replace the siding, caulk, and paint my chimney. Clay was quick to give me a quote and worked with my schedule to get the job done when it was convenient for me. On the day of the work he kept me informed and he didn’t take payment until he had personally inspected the work to make sure the job was done right. I’ll definitely use Clay and DT roofing again if the need arises!

I had my roof replaced by DT construction and I would absolutely recommend them. I had to have my roof replace prior to selling my house. My real estate agent had his roof guy prepare an estimate. I thought the estimate was a little high, so I called DT roofing and Parker Nelson went out to my house and saw hail and wind damage to my roof that the other company didn’t mention to me or care to try to get covered by my insurance. Mr. Nelson contacted my home owners insurance for me and set up a three way call. All I did was listened in and after talking briefly with my insurance, my insurance agree to send their adjuster out to inspect the roof. Mr. Nelson met up with their adjuster and showed the damage to the adjuster. This was great for me because I live in California. My insurance agree to cover the repair of the roof minus my deductible which saved me over 10k. Mr. Nelson kept in great communication with me and did everything he said he would do. Got his crew in there quickly, replaced the roof in a day, used a really good shingle, and the fished produced looked great! Through the whole thing, Mr. Nelson was professional, easy to work with, and always in a positive mood. Great guy working for a great company. Before you just repair your roof, have Parker Nelson come out and look at it. So glad I called and saved money. I wish doing business with companies was always this easy.

DT ROOFING did a fantastic job! Jacob was very professional and personable. He explained the process of replacing our roof and gutters, had a detailed list of the items being replaced, and worked with our homeowners insurance company. He kept us up to date with the supplies status and when the crews would be coming to our home. The roofing crew and gutter replacement crew were terrific. We are very pleased!

DT Roofing put on our roof after the June 12th hail storm. Clay P. was our single contact person and was excellent. This was a project with many different teams and moving parts. Worked with Daniel and had a great experience. He helped me through some less than fun insurance processes and assisted with locating some additional resources to ensure I got the roof I needed. It was a lengthy process due to insurance, but Daniel was patient and kept me informed along the way. Roofing crew did a great job, arrived on time and completed the roof and cleanup within ~8 hours and were friendly and professional. Would highly recommend.

Great price, great work! Daniel was a terrific help with diligence and follow up. It was a just small job to remove our chimney and repair the area. Daniel gave it attention as if it was a reroof and we are pleased with the timing and result!. I highly recommend!

We were very pleased with DT Roofing Rep. Parker. He was very helpful and thorough. He was able to provide use with a quick solution to resolve a roof leak before the next rain storm. Steve came out the same day and made quick work of fixing the leak. We are happy customers.

They did an excellent job. They were a very professional crew, worked hard every day and cleaned up before they left each day, which is more than I expected. I couldn't imagine a better experience. Our project manager Jacob was very good and stayed in touch daily and was on top of everything.

Definitely recommend. Parker was a huge help with making the process of working with my insurance very easy. The work they did was top notch. They replaced the roof in one day, and the gutters the the very next day. Plus they cleaned up everything and left the property just the way they found it.

We went with a Hurricane Shake metal roof and are extremely satisfied. It took awhile to get the materials in but that was out of DT's control. Once the materials were in stock everything moved forward quickly and in a professional manner. Crews were friendly and seemed to take pride in their work. Everything was cleaned up upon completion and the roof looks amazing. I highly recommend DT Roofing.

We had received damaged from a severe rain, wind, & hailstorm. Our home and several buildings on our property were damaged as a result. Contacting our insurance company who did no more than a Bacic check of our damage, we then decided to hire Clay Popkess @ DT Roofing & Contractor out of Granbury, TX. He thoroughly inspected all of our damage submitted it to our Insurance Company, then arranged the crews to get our work done. Everyone from start to finish were fast, professional, and courteous. We are Extremely Elated with the work that was done and how our home turned out! We had 3 bids for our roof. DT roofing was in the middle of the pack when it came to price. But they were way above the pack when it came to service. They helped us out on a number of issues above and beyond the roof. As a matter of fact because of their expertise on attic air flow control they recommended and installed A third vent in our attic. They were always there. They were always courteous. They were always helpful. And we couldn’t recommend them more. Jacob was awesome. And we hope that he keeps up the good work with all his future customers. We know he will. We will use them again if we need another roof. And will highly recommend them to anyone who asks. I’ve used DT Roofing for a roof replacement, gutter installation, gutter guard installation, and rebuilding my exterior chimney siding. Working with Parker at DT has been a pleasure! He’s been quick to respond to all my needs and I felt on each occasion that he’s very trust worthy. I will highly recommend DT to all my neighbors and will certainly use them for future construction projects.

DT Roofing is a great trustworthy company. Their representative Clay handled everything from start to finished. He made sure that my insurance company covered all damages and followed up as needed. Very professional and courteous. Highly recommend!!

Edit to review: got our roof replaced after hail storm in March 2023. Roof looks great, gutters/fence staining/shed - revitalized the look of the house and they went above and beyond.

10 months ago::::They preformed a roof repair for us, speedy service/on time/and quality work.

I have been working with the DT companies since May of 2023. My experience with them has been amazing to say the least. They truly go above and beyond for their clients and are the epitome of how a company should operate. They exemplify the perfect balance of a high sense of urgency and the highest level of acceptance. If you have a business of your own and want to succeed, take notes from DT Roofing and DT companies. And if you are looking for a contractor to meet your needs look no further.
Randy and his team have not only demonstrated a superlative work relationship, they have also proven to be great friends.

Clay did a great job with our repair. He was very knowledgeable about how to deal with our leaks. The repair was done very quickly and the quality/craftsmanship of the person that did the actual repair was outstanding. I don’t know the craftsman’s name, but he deserves a 5 star as well. Great team work!!! I was kept up to date on all aspects of the job.
Ours was a small job, yet it was treated as if it was a priority job.

Justin was such a pleasure to work with helpful, knowledgeable and went the extra mile. Check on things that he didn’t have to and check on me and my family in the process of me dealing an uncooperative insurance company. I thank him and D T Roofing.

Project Manager Justin Sherwood and his DT Roofing crews did an outstanding job on our home.
