The people on staff were so friendly, especially the guy that helped us out at the register. 10/10 Service

The new staff starting from the manager to the cashiers are really kind and awesome. Everything is changed now, customer service is amazing. They really work so hard to put this location on top.

Super fast drive through, very kind employees ,they have great service and always have a smile to give. One of my favorite Locations !

This is for the Morgan St location. This McDonald's was impeccably clean today. I was very impressed. I rarely use any McDonald's bathroom but this one was very clean the entire restaurant was spotless. The gentleman was sanitizing everything that people touch including the little ordering kiosks. The kitchen staff were working very hard and fast to complete orders and I could see them wiping things down in between. These were hardworking people! As a business manager of many years, I appreciate these folks are still working hard in a market where no one is working anymore. McDonald's I hope you are taking care of these people they are doing a great job!

It's McDonald's. It's good and prices are okay. The employees here always seem friendly.

I ordered the dbl bacon quarter pounder with cheese and jalapeños, there was a little confusion with me trying to explain my order in the drive thru but a man had me pull up to the window and made sure my order was right and even brought my food to me himself. Thankyou very much. The food was fresh and hot and I do recommend those burgers. It was excellent. Hope yall put a number on the meal (easier to order) and I think I have a new favorite. To the man that took care of me, you are an excellent worker and deserve a raise. Thankyou again.😊

We stop and eat here quite a bit I love McDonald's one of my favorite!!

This particular location of McDonald's is up there next to Chick-fil-A when it comes to service and courtesy. I drive through here probably once a week and they are so nice. It's service with a smile, and I appreciate it.

It's McDonalds. You know what you're going to get. Always good fast food cuisine.

I ordered something new which I didn't really care for it was a half lemonade and half Sprite kind of drink. We weren't very hungry but we grabbed a large fry anyway and it was excellent. It's very clean and very cute. :)

McDonald's is always great, but the burger king right next door sucks McDonald's is always crowded and drive thru around the building, but poor ol burger King with one or two customers. Cause their terrible

Came through after an absolutely awful work night wanting some crushed ice for my drink; lobby was unfortunately closed. An employee named Sandy greeted my coworker and I in the drive thru with a lot of enthusiasm & immediately cheered both of us up; not only that, he got crushed ice for me from the lobby despite it being on an automatic schedule. Sandy, if you're reading this, you absolutely made my night & I'll be tipping you next time I come through while you're on shift. Thank you for the ice!!

I just wanted to thank the staff up here at McDonald's! We came to my favorite place in Granbury to get a senior coffee, and Cole spent hours getting my refills... With great, happy customer service!

Big shout out to April today! We came in today, to get a cup of coffee, from my mom's favorite place, (where we get senior coffee)... We got here, and went to go place an order at the kiosk... Then found out: "senior coffee" isn't even offered on the kiosk.
April dropped everything she was doing, and went to place the order at the register, and then... John even made sure we got a fresh pot of coffee made for my mom.
Big thanks to all the staff up here at McDonald's... There's a reason we keep coming back!

Went through the drive through rather late because i had just got off work. They had my order ready promptly and correctly. The personnel is always nice and go out of their way to make sure I'm completely satisfied and ensure i have enough condiments and napkins before i pull away.

Ordering online is awesome for lunch time I get there I bring my own drink and let me refill it I order most of the time two double yeah cheeseburgers and a medium or large fry it's about $6.90 seems cheaper than just waiting in line for the drive-thru and I only have to wait maybe two three minutes for it and I'll get back to work always late that's me hour and a half they say 30 minutes but I'll take an hour and a half McDonald's is great y'all check it out

Went up to the counter and an employee named John rushed up to help. John was so helpful and patient. What an outstanding asset to your company. He makes the customers feel important!

McDonalds is all ways a clean fast food restaurant with good food and it is consistently the same everyday.

One of the best McDonald's I've been to in a long time, although I have never been inside and only go through their double lane drive-thru. I've been there over a dozen times and they have never gotten an order wrong or taken more than a minute or 2. It's still McDonald's so the food is not the greatest but it's cheap and fast and on my way.
