I don't know how the whole store rates but my interaction with a guy named Frank in the pharmacy was so awesome. On this visit the price for a 30 day was over $500 so I was not going to get the medication. Frank took the time to keep trying to figure out why it was coming out so high and he figured it out. He managed to bring the price to $52 just by having me pick up multiple prescriptions the same day so that the insurance processed it all at once. He was patient and kind. He took the initiative to do the research and it was a huge blessing to me.

I just moved to Rowlett and needed to transfer my prescription. After reading the reviews I almost called the Rockwall store. I’ve had enough hassles but didn’t want to make that drive today so I called.
To my surprise they picked right up. The lady was very pleasant and had my info quickly. She told me it would be ready in an hour. I couldn’t believe my ears so I repeated “in an hour?”.
I waited an hour and fifteen minutes and it was ready!!
I’d give them 10 stars if I could.

Easy to find everything I am looking for, very clean and well stocked. Employees are friendly, checkout is quick.

Just visited the pharmacy and the pharmacist helped me properly use the GoodRx app and filled my prescription within about 10 mins. No issues here.

They have gotten a lot faster and better.

The ability to have UPS packages delivered here to pick up later is a huge help in the age of porch pirates. If you've not tried it, do it.

It's a drug store.... But the pharmacists are awesome, they get things done when needed, they'll call your doctor or insurance for you and find the drugs you need.

I want to commend the professionalism and excellent customer service of Lyn, pharmacist and pharmacy manager of CVS 8626 Lakeview Parkway. I had an encounter with Kenya, pharmacy tech, rude, poor communication skills - dismissed my issue without asking more info or checking whether they have the med that I needed to be exchanged. CVS needs proper training of their techs about good customer service and communication skills. If not for Lyn's excellent customer service, CVS deserves 1 or 0 star for bad customer service by a pharmacy tech.

I have only gotten three or four prescription from them and each time I’ve had to wait three or four days to get them.
