Had the best day ever n experience with store manager Felipe amazing young man 💯 satisfied 😁

I was so happy with the service I received from Genaro. Not the first time I go and he has been there before and is always sooooo helpful.

I had problems with my bill where someone had put it into the wrong account and i was so frustrated and upset i was about to cancel and switch providers but valeria was so nice, patient and helpful.. she is the only reason why im staying with AT&T. I really appreciate her kindness and great customer service. Please give her a raise, she deserves one.

Went to AT&Ts around El Paso and I seemed to be brushed off but Valeria here at Alameda did such a tremendous job with helping me solve my billing issue. She gave great customer service and was very professional

Went in last week to get a new phone and switch companies and Jose was amazing. Awesome deals and helped me understand how the whole process was. When you come in ask for Jose !!!

I would definitely recommend AT&T especially when I can walk into the store and get help from representatives like Jose Arceo he helped me and explained the whole process from changing from one company to another. He was very patient with me.

Amazing experience at this location. I had gone to a T-mobile store for upgrades and was offered what I felt was insulting offers I decided to stop by this location on a whim. I was blown away, the service provided by both Sarah and Genaro were great. The offers they provided were tenfold from that of T-mobile. I walked in just to see my options and walked out of there with new phones fully decked ready to hit life. I even switched my home internet , I wasn’t even looking to switch internet companies at the time but the offers and service were too good to pass up. These are the type of representatives that make you feel like you can come back for any questions and assistance. If you are looking to switch I would definitely recommend this location. Tell them I sent you 😉

I love this place. Having had a terrible experience with T-mobile, we came to this store in hopes for better service and a plan that made sense for our family. Eddie Arroyo was the gentleman that helped us and he really set us at ease immediately. Knowledgeable and friendly, he exceeded our expectations above and beyond. A++++ service and definitely recommend. ASK FOR EDDIE!!!!
