Very friendly staff in store and at the pharmacy. Was first pleased with cleanliness of location. Well staffed all around. Kudos to the young man at the pharmacy helping the lady in front of me as she was asking a lot of questions and he was very attentive and patient. Pharmacy was gettin ready to close for their lunch break and a young lady helped me just as they were closing up. I didn’t want to take too much time so I just paid for the Rx’s. Next the cashier that assisted me at check out was just as nice and professional. He informed me about the CVS extra care which will allow me to get my Rxs delivered next time and that alone is worth the monthly membership fee. He was super sweet with my daughter and made a joke she still repeats a week later. I’m happy this is my new pharmacy now that we’re back in Texas. Looking forward to our next shopping adventure!!!

Great customer service. You could tell that the pharmacy was trying their best to get through the many orders and prescriptions in a timely manner. A young lady named Mariana helped me with my medication on Monday. She was extremely friendly and reassured me the whole time. She even found me a coupon on GoodRx which was very convenient. Will be going here for all my future prescriptions.

I went in looking for liquid IV packets and couldn’t find them. So I asked this elderly gentleman who worked there where I could find the item he immediately knew what i was talking about and took me to no one, but three locations in store where this item was located. Btw…why is it in 3 different sections. Which is very convenient and if I find one section I may not look for the other two and since each section had all of the same size boxes I probably wouldn’t have know carried other size boxes and left because I didn’t know you had more by the pharmacy.

Dr Gaytan is the best pharmacist I’ve Met. As a MED student, I really appreciate his attention to detail and his knowledge. He always stays on top of my refills and does his best to expedite everything. People who say otherwise are uneducated and don’t know how busy pharmacists are. It’s not that they lack people skills it’s that they get calls from patients, doctors, NPs, clinics, hospitals, rehab centers, etc. plus they have RPh students and that takes time to teach. Pharmacology is not an easy thing to know. So if you think it’s a bad pharmacy you are probably just very impatient and think you’re entitled to receiving your medication before everyone and with a smile every time. Also the insurance dictates everything they fill so it’s not the pharmacist who decides what to charge you— it’s your insurance so please argue with your insurance before you argue with the pharmacist. Thanks to Dr. Gaytan, PharmD for everything he does.

The PharmD, Doctor Malatu and Esmeralda, the pharmacy technician are truly amazing. Any time my insurance gives any problem for any reason, Esmeralda or Dr Malatu are able to fix it. They truly care for the patient. I’ve met very nasty pharmacists and average ones, but these guys at the new location next to West Star bank are the BEST! PERIOD! I recommend anyone who needs a pharmacy in east El Paso to these wonderful people! Thank you so much.

Came to get my kids medicine, only 30 minute wait! Always wait longer at Walgreens. They gained a new customer! Very clean and the cashier was very nice and friendly

I recently changed health insurance so I am new to CVS. The young lady that helped me went above and beyond on a very busy Sunday evening.

Used the drive through, several cars in front but it went pretty quick.

I switched from the Zaragoza location and I’m glad I did. This staff is friendly and knowledgeable

Apologies if the spelling is wrong but vinny has some of the most excellent customer service. Truly makes one feel welcome at CVS.
