I drive outside Austin city limits to come to Westlake McDonalds. It is the gem in their collection! Food hot and fresh. No lines. And large oak trees allow you to park in the shade!

Seemed like the burrito that I ordered was quite small than what you get at other McDonald restaurants.

I wanted to order breakfast online but was barely too late so I called in and they still let me order!! Great customer service!!!

Great food always. I really love their double cheeseburger! great place to go before you go to your appointment.

I want to applaud the manager for her service. Who ever was the manager at night on October 3, 2021.. THANK YOU! Yes we waited in line for 45 minutes! Yes they closed the drive thru as soon as we pulled up! They only had 2 people working. I asked her very nicely to please take our order and she finally did. No one really strives to work at McDonalds…let’s be patient for those who have to. They are trying!

Good people, good service, good food, good prices.

Most McDonald's now and days are people just looking to get a paycheck. Really don't care about their job and are mainly rude to the customers .
This place is different the staff are real friendly and seem to care about what they do I think customer service goes a long way. This McDonald's location has great customer service if I'm back in this ritzy neighborhood I will definitely be stopping at this McDonald's

The drive-thru here us very efficient. My order was correct, hot and good.

Fish sandwich was right temperature. As compared to other McDonald's in town, this one is Better. Fast service at window. Congress @ 71, Ben White location.

Best McDonald's ever... they always get my order right or dang near and I order nothing like the menu states

I love McDonalds coffee and lattes... Superior quality and less expensive. However this review is for the wonderful staff at the Westlake Hills location because they are always So polite and respectful! Thank you for all you do and may God bless you!

Not into fast food...but.. their salads are really delicious. Fresh greens. Great chicken. Newman's own brand dressing. An unlikely excellent salad and great price too!

I stopped in late in the afternoon to pick up to Southwest salads with Southwest dressing and grilled chicken absolutely the best. The salad is not all iceberg lettuce. Looks like a spring mix of greens. The dressing is good and a little pico! Almost totally Keto.

It's clean. The staff are courteous. The breakfast biscuits taste homemade and are delicious. The hash browns are hot, crunchy and goood. The coffee tastes freshly perked and is served at a perfect temperature. Mc
Donalds on Bee Caves Road is the place to go for a delicious breakfast.

It's a great place to buy breakfast. Smoothies. Ice cream. I have never had lunch or dinner there. I would greatly recommended. Even though in the morning it's always packed at the drive-thru.

Best location in Austin. The staff is always so nice and food is fresh and clean. I would drive across the city just to go to this location.

My favorite local one. Plain biscuits with jelly and coffee. But should offer biscuits all day. Not just english muffins. Come on, McDonald's, your in the south.....well they did it. Biscuits all day! Good job, McDonald's.
