AT&T Store

We are from San Antonio Tx visiting El Paso for my fathers funeral, in the chaotic trip my husband left his wallet in San Antonio , with all that is going we needed his iPhone replaced and Cris was able to help us by verifying the account with our pin method and was able to get us going fast with empathy and great Customer Service, Superb work Cris, the other staff member that was there was friendly and had great customer service my apologies for not catching your name but yall are great!

The service manager Jorge was fantastic as well as the rest of the team I chose the exact phone I wanted and even though they didn't have that exact phone in store he drove across el paso to get it for me. Awesome service and great prices!

After struggling with spectrum, (horrible service, and pricing) I was referred to this store and Jorge was able to help my situation. He explained what speeds would be the best for my household, compared value, and explained to me how my bill would come out in detail.

Let's put it this way, when I go into this AT&T store I feel like I'm visiting my friends because that's what it feels like. The impeccable customer service and reps from this store take care of the customers very well. I was helped by Marco, this individual went above and beyond my expectations, it's hard to find a store and a team that treats their customer with respect and makes then feel welcomed. I'll definitely be coming back to this store, it's not the closes to home, but definitely the best that's close to home. Oh did I mentioned my issue was resolved in less than 8 min? Definitely, the best

Great customer care, from opening doors upon arrival, to greeting us, and solving our bill inquiries. Jorge was very patient and understood our frustration on charges that we couldn't understand. Ultimately, we even ended up upgrading and lowering our bill.

Will make this our staple store.

Switched phone companies to AT&T. Was honestly dreading doing this due to the hassle these experiences normally are. BUT that was not the case today thanks to Jorge at the north loop AT&T!!! Jorge was amazing!!! Hands down the best experience I have ever had with any cell phone provider!! Thank you so much Jorge!
