Very friendly and well stocked store. Clean and everything is well-lit and easy to find. I would definitely spend a lot of time here if we lived in Victoria. Loved the bins filled with items for specific prices. The $2.97 bin was the best!

Nice and invited. When you walk in the employees welcome you that was great. The store has alot of different stuff beside just tools stuff and also had a shop that has sweet treat. Employees are so sweet and make you feel value as a customer. Great feeling when you walk into a store and makes your day great.

Always a great experience. Staff are always professional and friendly and help to the best of their ability or they grab someone else to help if they can't. Price wise, some things are a little higher while some are a little lower. But overall it's a good experience. Also, their paint department is awesome and very knowledgeable.

Best hardware store I know of. Any unbelievable assortment of hardware of every type, plus some nice stuff for the home, the yard etc., and the staff fall over themselves to assist you. And they're knowledgeable about what they have, unlike many of the big box stores where they really couldn't care less.

I enjoy shopping here. This is the perfect example of Ace as the place with the helpful hardware folks. It's a new store and some of the new hires are still learning, but they will find someone to help you get what you need.
