The Bathrooms are pretty clean, and the employees are friendly and helpful. H. E. B. Is organized for the most part. I had some trouble with trying to find cornbread in a package. Finally found it after 4 isles later. But I still give it 5 stars.

My husband n I are truck drivers n we needed to get our groceries after getting our truck worked on down the street at Kyrish. We didn't have our trailer, just in our rig. The Mgr was awesome he allowed us to park in the lot to get groceries. We did park up by the street out of the way as much as possible.

Of course not everything can be perfect, but when I walk into this store I feel at home. (when I say not perfect I mean in a sense that when it’s busy because a holiday or when there is technical issues etc things out of our control)

HEB is always superb. Like they've got to be the only dang store I know were all the employees actually work, they're excellent at customer service and just plain friendly.

Love my HEB! Lots of specials/coupons! Some shelves are empty, seems to be typical these days! Got a nice, soft Christmas blanket for $6

We ordered a cake for my brother's wedding. It was the Tres Chic cake from your wedding catalog. The ladies that assisted us were kind and patient. The cake was amazing! Light, moist, delicious, Thank you, Rio Grande Heb, everyone was still talking about it the next day. It was wonderful.

Love this store they have fresh seafood ,fruit , veggies and a great meat section a beautiful floral shop to also make fresh tortillas and baked goods I like how they have a tortilla machine rite their in front so you can watch how their made

I was more than happy when I was asked to throw a baby shower for my niece. Obsessed with owls, I was looking at all the baker's near me and I just could not get them to see my vision for the cake I wanted. Disappointed, and scared it was going to be an epic fail. Grocery shopping like normal, the my daughter picked up an individual slice of cake, was eating it, and told I had to take a bite. Mind you we've been taking cakes all over for a couple of weeks now. The cake was so super moist and the amount of sweetness was perfect, the icing was whipped cream not regular frosting but light and full of flavor. I went to the bakery and asked who baked the cake I bought earlier. I was told it was a man who was off that day but will be back tomorrow. So tomorrow here I come. I explained what I wanted, although I didn't get the 3D cake, I wanted, they did not have the pans to bake a 3D cake, he drew me a pic and added color and said he could create come thing like this. And was an amazing job and the results were loved by all. Including me as picky as I am. He made cake pops with the extra cake and charged me as if they were a part of the cake. Lovely. Thankful and amazing job. Recommend.

This is the best grocery store in town. That's not saying much, but it's still true!

Heb is mostly busy but the staff are friendly, the store is well stocked and there are plenty of options to buy from. The only downfall I have seen is some of the employees don't pull the spoiled or damaged veggies and fruit. I've found more than a few of both in fruit and veggies. I even found a bag of oranges that had mold growing on them.

H.E.B.'s is the best place to shop. I love everything about it!

My favorite store. I can make my grocery list by each aisle from memory. Employees are friendly. Plus I can always ask a question.
Only problem is during parts of the day, not enough lanes are open at checkout...

Love curbside at HEB people friendly and if they forget anything they call you right away

Love my HE b, but your parking lot is so hot. It's ridiculous, no tree. not one shady spot to rest in. And you guys are a little overdue for pressure washing period.

It's the only place I will go to buy groceries. Great prices and farm fresh vegetables.

Awesome customer service today. They had one of their meal deal specials but were missing a few items
They were quick to find the items for us so that we got everything for our dinner meal tonight. When got to the checkout the cashier was super polite and friendly. Five stars just for the great service.

Just wanted to put out a little info I love my Heb have no problems with them ..but I bought this fan yesterday husband put up last night . Came home after lunch from town smelled something that smelled like electrical fire it was the fan it was hot to touch and had stopped working ...fire hazard .

This HEB is huge love it I go there every Saturday just to pick up lunch with my daughter but we don't get out of there until like couple hours but we still love it they have homemade tortillas the bread there oh my God they have these awesome bread it's so soft it melts in your mouth but yes I love HEB

I love my Rio Grande HEB. It's close to where I live. It's large enough to have everything I need on a daily basis, yet small enough so that I don't participate in a Marathon when I shop.
The prices are still within reason so my wallet doesn't feel it. And there's a handy gas station, which I use just as religiously in the same lot.
The only complaint I have is that the self check-outs are small even for 15 items.

The best quality on fruits 🍉🍌🍎 and vegetables 🥗🥕🥦 affordable prices and great service 🥰🥰🥰
