I needed prints of my photos enlarged to create posters at the last minute. I ordered at midnight and picked them up early afternoon the next day. The paper that I requested was out of stock, so they upgraded the paper weight for free. Thank you!!!

Best customer service. I wish I remembered the associates' name. I prefer Victoria Tx. store location over my local store.

My business cards we exactly what I ordered and they were done very quickly. Very professional looking.

I had papers faxed, and although there was a wait time, the associate was constantly busy with other customers. While I was there, I tried to purchase a repair kit for my office chair. They do not sell repair kits, but I thought it was really nice that one of the associates took time to offer some other places that may have what I need. I thought that was nice of her to try to help me.

I got what I came for with the assistance of a very helpful associate. He even helped me put things in my car since I am currently handicapped.

The best thing about my visit to the Victoria Office Depot store is that it was quite convenient. When I lived in the Valley almost a year ago, the Harlingen Office Depot store had closed down and I had to drive to either Brownsville or McAllen. But, since I have recently moved to Victoria, it is so much more convenient to shop here within just a couple of miles.

I went online to confirm the products I was looking for were in stock so as not to waste a trip to the store. And then when I went to the store to buy the products the clerk at the store honored the online prices which meant a substantial savings for me.

Very bright helpful young man helped me with important package to mail. In between helping others because even when he called for help 4 people left for waiting. I let him leave me and check others out . He deserves raise. Tall slender young man wish had got his name deserves a raise.

This is another place that our company uses when we need some specific I.T. equipment in a hurry. The review will stay 5-stars because they have what we need most of the time. The only thing I will say (if the owner or proprietor sees this review) is that having one person working the front really doesn't work. Sometimes when we come in, we don't see anyone working except the people behind the copy counter.

I have had good experiences shopping at Office Depot. Cynthia at the Printing department has been very helpful. I appreciated her patience and determination to get the print out jobs I requested completed to my satisfaction.

Taylor, the Print Center Manager, went above and beyond the call of duty to assist me with a preprinting task that I was struggling with. While flawlessly juggling other customers. His customer service skills are top notch. Office Max is lucky to have someone that is so skilled and dedicated as Taylor!

I needed to print some flyers but it was almost closing time. The employees and the manager waited for my print job to be done and helped me out. Very nice staff. Definitely a well deserved 5 stars!

I needed 40 copies of my save-the-dates for my wedding. The first guy who "helped us" told us we had to use the starch white paper they had, and he could not make copies of the back. In the middle of telling us what he couldn't do for us, in comes Megan.

His shift was over, so he handed the reins over to Megan and she went above and beyond. She spent a few extra minutes and figured out a way to copy the front AND the back, she also showed us the different types of card stock we could select from.

My cards were copied and cut, perfectly. Thank you Megan!
