This is a Pinterest cake he recreated for me! #1 cake decorator in Houston just happens to work at Kroger’s too! Thank you Eli you made my husband’s day so special! Tha cake was the biggest deal of the day!!!!!

Very organized, well set up with lovely staff! I was having a tough time at checkout and a woman (I believe her name was Georgia? I was only able to glance) was extremely helpful and sweet about my silly mistake. Her solution was very quick and she was on it in a heartbeat, I could not be more grateful!

This is special kind a grocery store with its own characteristics. Nice people. I always love to strike a conversation with anyone there and they are always very nice to talk to.

The store is clean, we'll organized, and always fresh food. My biggest surprise had been the pharmacy! Only 6 mos ago did I have my 1st experience, for a neighbor. I have now moved my family's medications here. Each visit is as great as the 1st one. I have recommended them to anyone that asks! They have been a well kept secret !
I am actually happy to go to rhe pharmacy now.

Daniel in the meat department has been so helpful. I really didn't understand all the different meat abbreviations and he was so patient and helpful. Really pleased. Thanks for the help today.

Georgia at Kroger in Friendswood is one of the nicest, courteous people, and has the most awesome spirit. She goes out of her way for customers and makes your shopping experience one of joy!

Meseret makes me the absolute best cakes ever! We have used her several times and she has the best customer service. She really cares about her job and she should be rewarded or a pay raise bc I am literally buying her cakes every other day bc she makes them so delicious! I switched from her chocolate with whip to her special trasleches that she makes me, I don’t like the crunchies but I go home and add powdered cinnamon and it’s just as good as gringos cake! They want 80$ for it when I can just come to Meseret!

Kroger at face value is much like any other grocery store. However, the extra special value you get when shopping at this store comes from their employees. I shop at this Kroger nearly every day (mostly because I’m terrible at planning ahead) and every time I’m there I’m always greeted by the kindest, most welcoming staff in nearly every department. Their employees go above and beyond to get to know their clientele and make people actually look forward to grabbing their groceries. Thanks for keeping this Friendswood location wonderful!

As far as staffing goes, I would give this store like 4 stars. However the five stars is for Taylor, who I see CONSISTENTLY busting his a** in a severely understaffed day part and is always incredibly polite despite the lack of bodies and stress. I work in retail as well, and I feel for the employees here and can empathize. Give Taylor a raise.

I love working with Tiffany from the bakery department. She goes above and beyond to try to understand what I need for different events that I host. She even gives me ideas of different types of desserts that the bakery offers. My favorite are her chocolate cupcakes with the whipped strawberry frosting. Many of my guests thought I bought them from a high end custom bakery and were surprised to hear that they were actually from my local Krogers. Thanks Tiffany!!

Older but quaint Krogers. They stock just the right amount of a variety of goods considering it's size. Management' work on keeping the decor up to date pays off well. I love how it can be small, quaint while maintaining style and order. I prefer this Kroger over the big, giant, new stores that no one can walk in because of the crowd.

I love this location! Long time employees, always friendly and fast service. It is a little smaller and that is what I like the most! You can get in and out. They also have the gas station in front. It is the perfect Kroger!

Kroger's is busy for the holidays. I went to check out at register #8 and was directed to go to #9 due to the fact that cashier was cleaning making sure area is nice neat and clean. I was waited on by a young black lady that greeted me with a smile and the bagger guy was pleasant and at the end of check out they both told me .....Merr M Christmas.🎄Thank you to you both and the manager on duty for making me feel important and the it didn't take long. Prompt Service.

Best customer service, GREAT prices on groceries. Being a senior citizen I get more groceries and discounts than any other grocery store. Whats GREAT THEY treat you like FAMILY. THANK YOU KROGER. I LOVE THE LOCATION.

This Kroger has the BEST Pharmacy, yes sometimes the lines are long but service is always fast, friendly and professional. I love this Kroger Pharmacy above all the rest. Try it and you will agree with me.

This Kroger is always easy, always functional, reasonably priced, and has almost everything you ever need. Nobody bothers you. Has a self checkout. An introverts dream
