Gone to the same store for the last few phones I’ve had. Always a great experience! Thank you Logan for being such an accommodating and professional individual. Will absolutely be returning! (when I can afford a new phone that is haha)

Outstanding customer service by Justin!! He was very knowledgeable and helpful! He gave me all of my options and I never felt rushed to make my decisions for two new phones. He explained everything and it was crystal clear! I highly recommend going to see Justin at the AT&T store in Alabaster.

David at the Alabaster AT&T store greeted me on arrival. He was fast, friendly and knowledgeable; helping me to change phones, and making sure that my new phone was functioning properly before I left the store.

Prompt, Friendly service.
Sales rep LISTENED to my request and worked to make sure my issue was solved.
Also told me about new products that I am interested in.

Justin was so helpful and patient. He was very knowledgeable and got me in and out pretty quickly with my new phone all set up and a better deal on our plan

Charles waited on us, to assist with the purchase of a new phone. He was rather delayed with a previous customer who repeatedly commiserated over her payment options and concerns. He showed a great deal of willingness to help calm her concerns. So we were initially impressed with his level of patience and guidance for a difficult customer. He promptly served us after her departure and proceeded to discuss the phone options we had dictated. He had a high level of knowledge on the different manufacturers and features. Although he is an iPhone user himself there was no pressure to switch to the 'Dark side' 😁. He swiftly processed the phone upgrade, ensuring the credit available was a viable option for our trade in, as well as reviewing our plan for possible savings. We appreciated his diligence, but not pushiness . He confidently engaged through the backup transfer process to the new phone, which took longer than anticipated, well past closing time. During the wait, he was personable, charismatic, and showed an overall attentiveness to his customer's satisfaction. We not only appreciated his gregariousness, but enjoyed his tales of current aspirations. He is the epitome of a customer service super star and has a amazingly, positive effect on customer interactions. He has a profound sense of service and customer happiness. He is a super nova in a galaxy of variable meteors. Keep up the great work!

Alabaster AT&T Store were very helpful in upgrading my iPhone 12 to a iPhone 15. Great people to handle your mobile services.

Wow! What an awesome experience I had Bethany! I came in with specific instructions and she met all of my needs. She was courteous, patient, and understanding. She got the job done fast and right the first time. Great rep to work with!

Naylyn from the AT&T promenade in Alabaster was absolutely amazing. She had so much patience and never made me feel like I was a burden. Not only did she help with everything I needed with excellence but she stayed over an hour later than she was supposed to work WHILE she is taking care of her mother at home. I would give her 6 stars if I could! Amazing customer service!

My experience with Jaz was phenomenal! She was very helpful and enlightened me on all of the current promotions. My husband and I was able to get our children their long waited apple watches for Christmas!

A big thanks to Tiaya a couple of weeks ago. She worked with me 2 1/2 hours to get my phone service restored. When I changed plans in the middle of the month something wasn't done right. She worked with the phone tech and they finally got it fixed.
Also big thanks to Bronze the day before that working with tech support for 4 hours and still couldn't get it fixed. But he worked very hard.

UPDATE::
On Sunday 6/25/23 I went back to the store.
As soon as I walked in someone said have a seat and someone will be with you shortly. Didn't even take my name. I watched other people come in and get waited on. 45 minutes later he came and asked for my name to put me in line. Said I would be next. I told him I just have a question about texts. I told him and all he said was wait until next update and see if it corrects. I said I waited 45 minutes for this and walked out.
Also I got the S22 phone supposedly free with the promotion they were running last year. Turns out when I called to ask about high bill they put me in another plan but failed to tell me my phone wouldn't be paid off with that plan.
They finally gave me a one time partial credit but I still have to pay 2/3 of the total phone. So beware phones are not free.😡😡😡
I love service AT&T provides but customer service is awful.

Alissa, was a very good rep. She had difficulty with the old carrier, but she did get my issues for the most part resolved. She was very helpful and courteous and polite employee.

Very pleased with my service today. Anissa was professional and courteous. I didn’t wait long, she assisted me with all my questions and got exactly what I needed to complete my purchase-and she was very friendly.

We had problems with our bill but after talking with Ashli she got everything taken care of helped us upgrade one of our lines. She was so patient and made the experience so pleasant and stress free, as well as answered ALL of our questions. 11/10 great service and had the best attitude!
