I love shopping at Lowe’s. Good quality 👌

I shopped at the Alabaster Home Depot on 4/7/24. I had a gift card from my home warranty company that would not go through initially upon check-out. Carol was the cashier that was checking me out. I was frustrated after a couple attempts on using the gift card and was going to pay with my personal bank card. Carol asked me to persevere and she finally got the gift card to go through. Carol was so bubbly, kind and considerate. I would give her a 10 star rating if I could!

Lowe's has a lot of electronics, building materials, paints, etc. My husband gets supplies for building houses in this store very often. I get flowers, plants, and bushes from Lowe's. They look amazing. They take good care of plants in this store. They also have good seasonal decorations.

One of Lowe's team members was very helpful with finding the parts I needed. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I've been satisfied with almost every purchase, the very rare occasion they made returning easy.

Brandon and Darius are a DIY DREAM COME TRUE! They helped me pick out all my needs for my new home in a flash at a discount!!!

They had a steal of deal three kibalts drills for $200 which normally is around the 350-380. Staff always friendly and very knowledgeable

They get a lot of my money and that’s okay.

Stopped by the Lowes to pick up a few items to complete a rock bed in my front yard. Lowes had everything on my list to make this a reality.

I took my dog Tiger to the store today, and she was welcomed by all of the staff and also shoppers. Tiger enjoyed so much visiting! Thank you Lowe’s Alabaster store!

Love Lowe's so much, but I could spend way too much way too quick. Got a couple of awesome appliances, am very happy with them. Susan Bishop was very helpful, went over and above, will definitely recommend and return there frequently! ;)
Update: still go in there at least once a week 🤗

Great location for house plants! I’ve been here multiple times and they are very well stocked. Today several employees helped me find a plant I’ve been looking for. I will definitely come again 😊

Noticed today they have like 12 Tesla chargers in the southeast corner of the parking lot. No one was using them. Might not be online yet. Just FYI.

This Lowes is so much better than the others in the area. There are always people there to help and ask if you need anything. The checkout process is easy with no attitudes. Glad this is the ONE I love close to for frequent visits.

Customer service was good. Had what I needed.

William in Alabaster called me about delivering my 90yr old moms washer. I live in North Georgia and it is hard doing things for her 140 miles away. He made sure we got it delivered and installed. Lowes was awesome again.

We were in for a purchase. Yesterday, and a wonderful guy named Brent was over the top helpful. They need more people like him. We appreciated his help and friendliness so much. He gets a gold star.

I stopped shopping at Lowes years ago because of the AWFUL customer service I always received! This was at EVERY LOWE'S I went to! I went yesterday, and THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS AMAZING! Tyler assisted me throughout the store! The cashier was also AMAZING I can't remember her name.

Great experience. Susan, appliance manager, was attentive and helped us greatly. Nice experience.

Had a great experience with the customer service lady who’s name was Katie, she was so kind and helpful! Will be using this store as long as she is there! 😊
