Walmart Supercenter

Much better inventory and selection than the Pontiac store especially for pet supplies. I've never had a problem with any of their staff they all seem very nice.

Nice place. Stopped here for OJ while in town for Doc appmnt. Our Kewanee, IL walmart never orders enough or extra so they are always out and the shelf is empty. I go to other walmarts when I can. Very clean store and more options also.

This is the cleanest and friendliest Walmart I have ever been too. It is about 10 to 15 miles farther to goto than 4 other Walmarts but well worth the drive.

Always a good day. The sand is clean and the bathrooms are easy access. A good day without the long ride. Always enjoy it.

I am handicapped do to leg amputation and they have plenty of handicap parking. They also have plenty of motorized carts that are always fully charged and ready to go. The store is very clean and organized. And it's never crowded like most Walmarts. You know, people standing in isle's chatting blocking the way,or inventory clogging up the isle. They are friendly and actually help you. I was very impressed as I HATE shopping at Walmart this one was GREAT 😃👍

I was shopping around on my broken foot when Sam came along asked if i was okay while somersolting 14 feet in the air completing 16 back flips landed in a split and SAID HOT MAMA u want a piggy back ride round this store ur foots hurt i politley declined (even tho i was dying for a piggy back ride) she insisted and lest we spent all day till i had 14 carts worth of goods at the end she gave me her pet rabbit and lent me her mother & first child to nurse my foot back in order THAT IS SERVICE GIVE THIS GIRL A RAISE!!!!!!

The garden staff was friendly and very helpful. I found almost everything I was looking for except for 1 thing but I found it at At Home store. Walmart finally had more sausage and gravy breakfast bowls in so I got 10 of them for my breakfast

I went here, expecting the typical Walmart experience, but then I realized Sam was working! Boy let me tell you that changed everything! I couldn't find the aisle with the yogurt on it and Sam materialized a cow out of thin air, milked it, added the strawberries and made it into yogurt herself! Then, when I walked past the soda aisle, I saw a huge spill and an old lady about to step in it and slip and fall! But before she could even place one foot in it, Sam popped out of nowhere with a straw and drank up the entire spill, saving the old lady's life! When I got to the frontend, all of the registers were closed except one, with huge lines to the back of the store. But then Sam came to the rescue, and she operated all 13 of the registers at the same time, while still being clean fast and friendly! She really is a miracle. She should be Cashier of the Universe!!!

Last week I went into your store to buy my dying father one last butterfinger before he passed. Unfortunately you guys had ran out. But thankfully Sam was there to save the day by running to the back of the store hauling an oven and all the ingredients needed to make butterfingers by scratch... And if that wasn't enough. Sam also insisted on delivering the homemade butterfingers to my dying father personally.

I'm glad you asked!The checker was packing heavy jars in one bag to the point she had to double bag. I asked her to pack them lighter as it was way to heavy for me. She informed me that Walmart told them to packed at least 6 items in each bag. Here is what was in 1 bag. 1qt of half and half-1 jar of salsa-2 jars of Aunt Nellie's beets-4 tall bottles of sparkling ice beverage.I explained I was senior citizen and that was my response. It never made a difference. Once again Walmart, profit before customer service and your employees. Who's gonna take the heat? YOUR EMPLOYEES!!!!!!! I spend a lot of money in your store and believe me my patience is wearing thin!!!

This is a great Walmart location with friendly staff on hand! Awesome for getting some good discounts and great deals!

I walked into the store and noticed that social distancing regulations were in place. Sam noticed how inconvenient such regulations were for me, so she ended up going to the W.H.O and got rid of the COVID-19 pandemic. Thanks to Sam, Coronavirus is no more and the social distancing is removed. I can now buy my goods without a que! Thanks Sam!

A very well kept Walmart. Several in the Chicago area are less than exemplary with keeping up with store cleanliness, stocking, and facing. Unlike those, this Walmart is clearly kept up and the staff I interacted with were very friendly. Definitely a positive a Walmart experience.

This is a large supercenter very nice place for shopping great bargains has an automotive department that you can have your car worked on very professional the mechanics are very knowledgeable also they have a Pharmacy. Deli Bakery always very clean and pleasant to shop in.

Amy company smart enough to hire Sam, is a company that knows good customer service. When I came in, Sam babysat my children while I shopped.

The staff there is alway courtesy and very helpful. They go out of thier way to help even walking you to what your looking for!! Love this store...
