AT&T Store

Came in from out of town and my phone stopped working. Spoke to the manager. She was great, answered all my questions and more! She helped me get my new phone set up and gave me some great information about a business account as well! GREAT JOB!!!!

Julio and Kyleigh were awesome! What I thought would be a huge issue with my phone, they figured it out in no time! Very professional. Won’t hesitate to return to this store! Great team!

Hey AT&T, You’ve got a treasure named Kyleigh at this location, and I sincerely hope you realize it, understand it and compensate it appropriately. Her tech knowledge and ability are outstanding and she has made me decide to remain an AT&T customer ( even though your politics as a corporation suck and I’m hoping you wake up to the harm your doing to my country in supporting fascist republicans).
I would also like to acknowledge one of your customer service representatives whom I found to be both unfailingly helpful and charming when I attempted to upload my DD 214 to take advantage of the military discount (btw the site doesn’t work and you should fix it). Her name is Suri ( I did not ask her last name because that’s intrusive but I sincerely hope you find both of these individuals and give them some well deserved recognition ( my personal preference would be monetary compensation 😊).

Visited streator AT&T. Kyleigh was VERY helpful to switch my pictures over from my old phone to my new phone. Thank you so much !! Was in Bloomington AT&T store and Eric told me they couldn’t do it. Thanks to Kyleigh it was taken care of. I will continue to shop at streator AT&T.

Oh my gosh!!!! After hours and hours- I mean HOURS on the phone with ATT and Apple support, Kyleigh figured out what was wrong with my phone! Hallelujah! I am so impressed. She deserves a large bonus and a raise!!!! Thank you Kyleigh!

Great workers, super friendly!

Kyleigh is AMAZING! She takes the time to do more then just replace your phone or fix the problem. She goes the extra step to review what you have and suggest the best options. I don't even live in Illinois and because of the wonderful customer service she provided me in December with a phone upgrade for my son, I waited to upgrade my own phone when I returned to Illinois to visit six months later. Her customer service is worth the wait. Not only did I upgrade my phone, because of Kyleigh, I also updated my family's plan. I would never have known and also NEVER would have received this level of service in my home state.

Amber was a great help with ordering and setting up my new phone.
