I don't know this girls name but she was very helpful. I got replacement phone through asurion because of water damage. Got new phone and it had a different number on it. Phone wouldn't activate. Tried customer service and since number wasn't on account it wouldn't activate. So I went back to talk to her. She looked into it. Had to change phone model on account and had to activate new Sim card with my number. Now it works.

Blaze was super personable. He was quick and efficient.. while still being cool to sit and chat with while getting all of our needs taken care of quickly without feeling like he was rushing us out. Those things are important to me in customer service.

Jacob was extremely helpful. I had been to a Verizon store earlier in the day and they had left me with many questions and a new phone that was not activated. I am not a techie and Jacob went out of his way to be helpful and get EVERYTHING set up ready to go. Great experience!!!

My son and I stopped in to get new phones and were helped out by Blaze. Blaze was extremely helpful, patient and knowledgeable as he explained each step of the process as we went through it. We had a couple of issues with the porting and activation (on our end) but Blaze was very patient and explained what the issues were that we were having. We left with what we wanted and as very satisfied customers!

I had been to another Verizon store a couple hours earlier in the day with little help to be offered in terms of a satisfactory replacement phone. Stopped in at Russell Cellular and Alyssa was understanding and very helpful and got me set up with another phone after showing me my options and explaining that if they didn't have anything satisfactory in the store they could order one and have it there in 2 days. I left satisfied both with my phone and the customer service. Thank you Alyssa!

I went into the store for some guidance on my Tablet. The clerk, Blaze, was very patient with my lack of hardware knowledge and was able to work with my particular issue. In the course of the conversation, he mentioned a special on Samsung Tablets. It was too good to pass by, so I ended up making the purchase. He set it up for me and the full time in the store was about 2 hours. I think the poor man worked through his lunch! I've been with Russell Cellular for a number of years and today pretty much clinched my continued loyalty.

Alyssa was patient, descriptive, kind, and very helpful. I switched from AT&T, chose a plan, purchased a new phone & case, and set up my Verizon app all in under 45 minutes.

I look forward to being a Verizon customer and associates like Alyssa assure me I made the right decision.

Amanda was amazing! She was nice and calm helping multiple people at once. She took the time with us to make sure everything was good to go. I would highly recommend this store and Amanda to anyone.

Amanda was absolutely the best. I was having such anxiety about getting a new phone. My husband passed away 2 years ago and the thought of losing my text messages of his would almost bring me to my knees in tears. Amanda and the entire staff at Verizon of Streator were all so caring and sympathetic. Once the process was over I immediately went to my sweet Patrick’s text messages and I was able to see his last words to me. Thank you Amanda and the entire staff. ❤❤❤

Very good experience! The sales associate (Blaze) answered all of our questions and left no stone unturned in helping us switch while not making us feel pressured. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the area if you are looking for a face-to-face experience with Verizon.

I usually make the trip to the Ottawa Verizon store due to a bad experience I had years ago at the Streator store. Today, however, I decided to give the new Streator Verizon a try and was pleasantly surprised! The staff was extremely helpful and patient.

This was the best experience I’ve ever had with a phone provider salesman and it was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in my life. Jacob was amazing! Deserves a raise and promotion for sure.

Very helpful staff. Patient and courteous and made sure our 4 phone line switch went flawless. They even stayed open an hour late to make sure we were completely setup and happy.
