Better Health Care Options

I have no experience at this facility. I am a Medicare patient who has something to say about Advocate Health Care
They have all these patients but are short of staff. Patients seat and wait hours. The need more staff.

I called a week ago to let them know that the brakes on my wheelchair are not working and it’s a safety issue because I cannot transfer. The woman at the front desk told me she would have somebody out this week. Nobody has called me. this is an emergency situation And this place sucks. Jason who fitted me for the wheelchair did not listen to anything I had to say and now I’m in the most uncomfortable wheelchair for five more years before I can get a new one from a different company. If I could give stars I would definitely give zero stars. There are absolutely better healthcare options. Explore them. This place sucks.

Just like the name says. There are better healthcare options. Initially these guys were spectacular. Then after the delivery they were terrible! When it was time to address concerns they showed what they were really about. Do yourself a favor explore some of those "Better Healthcare Options'.

"Better healthcare options". Think about it say that to yourself again, "better health care options". Now after you've thought about it say to yourself that there are "better health care options" than doing business with this company! They don't answer their phone at all ! They show pictures of at least 12 people that work there I think, so where are they? They're answering machine States that they're either on the phone or with a customer. I've been there before, there are not tons of people busting down the door to get service at all! Trust me, you need to find a 'better healthcare option" than this place! Maybe that's what they meant when they came up with the name for this place! What a joke. If somebody you really care about needs medical equipment please, find another place if you care about them! Good luck getting what you need!
A kid down the street is a better healthcare option than this place.

Wheelchair broken for a month, doctors in prescription right away for repairs and copy me via email. No response to when they gonna fix the chair. To top it off may blame my doctor I'm not sending a prescription for repair. Poor management,
