When I initially ordered this for a friend for Christmas, I didn't receive what I ordered. I actually received someone else's order/gift. There was no time to return & reorder, as this was a last minute gift. When I reached out to Toynk Toys, they apologized for the mistake, and immediately took action to correct the situation by resending my order at no charge. I offered to send back the other package, but they insisted that I keep it. I really appreciated Toynk stepping up and making right the wrong. I received my replacement order faster than expected. Thank you, Toynk Toys!

Had an issue with the replica Loki crown involving damaged packaging. I contacted customer for Toynk and explained the situation how I was planning on having it signed by Tom Hiddleston. They immediately issued a return package slip and sent a inspected replacement crown once it was sent back. I had the replacement within 3 days in perfect condition. They even made sure to include extra bubble wrap and cushioning. Excellent customer service. Would definitely recommend and will be placing more orders in the future.

Kelly was a great help. When one of the items I received was damaged she was able to help facilitate getting a quick replacement. It made Christmas a wonderful day. I would definitely purchase from them again.

I ordered two glassware products from Toynk and UPS delivered one package broken. Toynk immediately sent a replacement no questions asked. I am very happy with the level of care and customer service. Would 100% recommend.

I've ordered from Toynk a few times and always received everything quickly and in tact. This last time, I ordered a Golden Girls mug with Dorothy's face on it that says "No, I will not have a nice day." It proved apt as the mug had a faint crack that caused my tea to start leaking onto my desk. I emailed Toynk and Kelly was very helpful. She had a new mug en route that afternoon. It arrived extremely well-packed and safe and now, I have no excuse to not have a good day.

I received a 1000 piece Jigsaw puzzle from ToynK Toys, and unfortunately there was ONE piece missing - bummer ! I don't know if I lost it or if it was missing from the beginning. I send a email with my concern to Toynk with the question if there is a possibility to get that missing piece somehow. The answer was outstanding and professional - I got a brand new puzzle today in the mail with no questions asked or any cost out of my pocket.
THIS is the store to buy. In those difficult times we have, it is nice that tings also can go "smooth" .

I recently ordered a Harry Potter mug for my Granddaughter's B'day as she loves anything Harry Potter and it had a cracked handle and very sharp...quite unusable. I reached out to Toynk Toys Customer Service and within a few hours received an apology and I was told a replacement mug was on its way. I applaud the Customer Service Team for their prompt and efficient response. I received the new mug in perfect condition. Would Highly recommend this company. I am one Happy Camper and I know my Granddaughter will be too....Smile!!! Virginia

My husband ordered a halloween costume a few weeks ago. They sent the wrong jersey number. When he contacted them about it, they immediately answered him and asked for pictures. When we sent them, they said they were very sorry for the mix up, and would send out a new one right away.
They were true to their word, and we got the correct costume within the week! Thank you for your great customer service! In this day and age, it's good to see a company with integrity.

I ordered a hard-to-find item that is now out-of-production (20oz porcelain Ghostbusters mug). Toynk shipped it to me at the retail price with free shipping and everything arrived undamaged in like-new packaging.

This company has excellent customer service and easy to deal with when resolving a damaged product issue. I ordered the Nightmare Before Christmas Jack & Sally Teacups and Saucers, and when I had got them one had a broken handle and the other had been chipped in multiple places. I contacted the support department on Sunday the 24th, got a reply the next day, showed images of the damage, within that day a replacement order was shipped, and I received my replacement today the 29th. Toynk Toys notified me that "We will be shipping a replacement to you with additional bubble wrap. Please note the original packaging has been opened to add the bubble wrap." And it really was packed as careful as possible so my order came perfectly intact. I would definitely recommend this business and shop online with them again.

I originally ordered an item off of Urban Outfitters and when the package came, unfortunately the item was damage. I reached out to Toynk Toys and they immediately responded and sent me a replacement quickly after. The second package came damage free in perfect condition.

I had an issue with my order, I had received an item different than the picture on the website so I emailed and they responded so quickly. They refunded me immediately and didn’t even make me ship back the product, they let me keep it instead. Amazing costumer service and I will be shopping with them again!

I purchased a limited edition Star Wars piece from Toynk Toys. It was my first purchase using this website and vendor. I was very pleased with the communication about status, shipping confirmation and speedy arrival of my purchase.

When my package arrived, I opened it immediately. It was factory sealed but the item had some severe damage. Disappointment quickly set in but I took a picture of the packing slip along with a picture of the item still bag sealed but clearly showing the breakage and sent them to Toynk Toys. It was a a Friday afternoon and I didn't expect to hear anything until the following week, if at all. But I received a response within 5 minutes with instructions and next steps. I was so happy. I immediately replied back regarding the replacement and gave my approval to open and inspect it before shipment.

I received that replacement today and it's in perfect condition and I am a very satisfied customer. I'm thrilled with my purchase and thrilled with my experience with Toynk Toys. They are a company that makes the customer experience a priority and are proactive about it!

Ordered through a third party and received the wrong item. I'm still waiting for the third party to respond, but Toynk Toys has not only responded, but is sending the item I originally bought and letting me keep the mix up. Basically made my kids 8th birthday!

I was extremely happy with my purchase. Shipping was super fast and my products were wrapped nicely. Looking forward to gifting the products to someone special. Will order again and definitely recommend.

My package arrived damaged on a Friday, and I was worried my e-mail about it would get buried over the weekend, but someone got back to me very quickly when they opened on Monday. A replacement was shipped out within a day! Speedy response and no hassle or questions asked, great experience from my point of view. Definitely will shop here again!
