When your looking for septic service it usually is an emergency situation. It was great finding a local American family owned business that offers a nessisary service at a fair price. Tim the owner is a straight shooter that gets the job done right the first time. Life Savers!

I called early evening about a back up in my powder room. The owner came out and checked my septic tank, and did a little rotting out and fixed my issue. While he worked, he also, explained what he was doing, gave me best and worst case scenarios, and was extremely informative. The charge was nominal, and the service was excellent.

Tim you're a huge help and I'm super thankful for the knowledge you shared with me. I wouldn't use any other service for my septic! These guys have so many years of experience and I greatly appreciate them!

My landlord had them out to clean our septic system and they left raw sewage in my yard, throughout my grass by my front door AND threw sewage in my garden. Looks like someone slapped the tube on my house to clean it out.. That is feces and a biohazard where was that professional at all.

Beware and read the contract. While Reike does good work, buried at the bottom of their service contract is a sentence stating that the the 2 year contract goes with the property and they will not do any refunds. After being a 10+ year customer I failed to read the fine details and re up'd. I sold my house 2 months later, they had not made 1 visit on the new contract and they flat out refused to help me. Yes my mistake but longstanding loyalty and prompt payments should count for some customer service.
