I know the powder is advertised for diaper rashes but it helps with more! I used Brown Blessings powder (mixed with water on a wet nap)on a few hot spots/flare ups on my skin. It seemed like the irritation went away instantly!!! That’s how good this product is. I’ve seen results within minutes of application. Love this product
