I have shopped at this Kroger on a few occasions while in the area.
Roberta in the produce section is very kind and helpful. She makes herself available to assist customers even when she's busy doing other tasks.

Sonja at the checkout lane is absolutely delightful! She is professional and helpful, yet she has a great sense of humor. That goes a long way in today's world.

It's evident that this Kroger location (like many other businesses) is short staffed, but they deliver customer service with a smile. That makes a difference!

A little expensive but I just wanted to share my experience of my most recent trip here. I had my baby and anyone who has been grocery shopping with a baby knows it is not easy. Derrick who was in the produce section at the time (black hat and brown hair) went out of his way to help me get what I needed and made sure I had a great shopping experience! He was super kind and he made my day. Thank you Derrick! Just wanted to make sure he got the recognition he deserved. There are still kind people in the world. :)

Big, well stocked store. Good prices and deals. Friendly, helpful employees.

I enjoy this Kroger better than most of the Kroger out there, the cashiers are pretty and friendly, usually have s good selection of products to choose from. This is my Kroger

Best Kroger on the East side. Widest selection in every department, don't typically sell out of items hours into a sale. Clean, comfortable layout, from the spice aisle to the parking lot. Worth the extra drive to keep from losing your mind in the Village Kroger at 530 PM.

Love this Kroger. There are 2 other locations literally less than a mile from my house and I make the drive to this one because I prefer it. The staff are friendly, helpful and know my family by first name. Clean, well organized and stocked.

This is my favorite Kroger store! It has everything I want including organic, gluten free and vegetarian selections. The produce is typically fresh and the baked goods are always plentiful and delicious. My favorite thing is the Kroger card that always affords me a pretty good discount.

Mostly posting this to counteract Joseph R.'s 1 star review. The location is extremely well lit, so I'm assuming his actual problem with the store is due to his own lack of education and poor upbringing.

It's a fine example of a kroger. If you don't like the diversity of staff and shoppers, that a you problem, not a store problem.

I moved to Grosse Pointe Woods last year, and this is the best Kroger near me. The store is clean--LOVE the new renovation--the staff is friendly and helpful, and they have many vegan and organic options. There are many other Kroger stores in the area, but this is the one you want to go to.

Great place to not only work at but also get the products you want/need. The staff is knowledgable and the food is fresh. If you get a kroger plus free membership you will start earning fuel points.

Clean store wide variety food and non-food items to choose from! Pleasant staff, beautiful store. My favorite Kroger actually my favorite Grocery store. This particular one. I highly recommend this store.

I really enjoy the fresh-made sushi here. The gentleman who makes it is very responsive to requests, and is pleasant to talk with. Lots of fresh food choices, and good prices.

Excellent experience with Kroger Pickup at this store. Overall, and by comparison to other area Kroger stores, this one is among the best.

The store was full but it was still easy to move through the store and find what I was looking for. The store employees couls be friendlier and more helpful.
