AT&T Store

Mr James has helped me in the past and so I went into the store today because my phone wouldn't ring. He is a really great guy and he is always willing to help me. We really appreciate him and his help.

Kaitlyn was phenomenal. She helped me choose my new phone and get it set up and helped transfer all of my things over, she even got it to where I could have unlimited data! I am so satisfied and will be recommending this store to everyone. The current employees are spectacular and are very helpful :)

Best customer service experience ever. She was patient and very sweet. She spent over 2 hours helping me transfer my stuff from my old phone to my new phone and was very patient. Brittany is the person to speak with when ever you go to the Camden location. Go talk to Brittany. She will get you right. She needs to be running that store.

Brittany was beyond awesome. She was very friendly. I appreciate her taking a look at my bill and breaking down the prices. She taught me some features of my phone. I will highly recommend her to anybody. Very professional

I walked in the AT&T store. Brittany was the sales rep. She is amazing. She is very knowledgeable. She was very friendly. She stayed late to help me pick out a watch to go on my line. OMG! Brittany and Justin are overly amazing! perfect customer service and they both were soooo eager to help me with getting my new phone!! I was in a horrible pickle and they helped me climb out of that jar!! kudos to those two!!

Brittany is the best sales rep in camden. She is very nice and friendly and I will highly recommend her to anybody. She is the only person I want to deal with from Camden. She is amazing and very good at her job. I give her 5 stars. Excellent customer service.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, KNOWLEDGEABLE STAFF!!
After many hours attempting to set up our new IPhone with both Apple Customer Service as well as AT&T Customer Service via phone calls (I’m still impatiently waiting for the 3rd “Specialist” to return my call from 10:30 am yesterday). I decided to visit our local store. Unfortunately I didn’t listen to my husband and try them first. Lesson learned! The staff was extremely welcoming and more knowledgeable that ANYONE I spoke with both with Apple and AT&T. #shopcamdenfirst

Great customer service! New manager named Amber really knows the business. She was extremely helpful in meeting my specific needs and assisting me with the setup of my new phone and plan. Att needs more employees like her. Absolutely 5 stars!!

I went to the Camden store to get a phone, I went to the El Dorado store first and they service was complete trash, so I went to Camden at&t and I must say, the best customer service experience ever, I worked with Brittany and she was absolutely amazing, she listened to me and understood me, she got my phone fixed, transferred all my stuff and explained everything to me, I really grateful to have met her, she needs to be running that store, or she needs a raise. Wht an awesome experience. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and I felt like they had my best interest at heart. I was extremely impressed with the store manger who took the time to put me into just the right phones and plan for my business. The staff as a whole was awesome. I only saw one issue with the staff and tht was they look a lit short handed. 5 star Att thank you
