AT&T Store

Mr James is a really nice and sweet young man, who let me know that he was going to get me taken care of. He really helped me out because he ordered a phone for me about a week ago and it came in and he got it activated for me. He also helped get my stuff transferred over and made sure everything was working properly before I left the store. I wish you had someone like James in all of your stores. He makes everything so much easier for us people who are technically challenged.

James was very helpful, patient and pleasant to work with. He helped me get a new phone like mine, got it working and put my stuff from my old phone to my new phone. He is an angel for helping me with this and getting me taken care of so that I have a working phone. Thank you for putting him in this store for us.

Mr James helped me pick out my new phone, he checked my plan and let me know that I could save money an DC get better benefits by changing to a new plan. He also helped me get everything moved from one phone to another. HD was very pleasant and helpful!!

My name is Lisa Naylor and I visited the Fordyce store to get an iPhone 12 and couldn't get it the day I came in and then got sick and couldn't get out of the house. I called and spoke with both men at the store and they assured me that they would make sure they had the phone and color i wanted when I was able to come into the store. I came in this morning and James and Josh were very helpful with getting my stuff off of my old phone and getting me everything I needed for my new phone. They are such a blessing to me and taught me how to use my new phone. I am so glad these guys are both here in Fordyce because they are so sweet and helpful.

Amber Burns was amazing! She helped me and got everything fixed for me ! She is very good and knowledgeable at her job. She took the time and was very patient and kind ! Great experience!

I had gone to 2 other stores to get everything transferred from old phone to new phone and get my phone working, but no one seemed to be able to help me so drove 45 minutes to the Fordyce store and James was very friendly and helpful. He got everything transferred over and got the phone to working. I will be driving the 45 minutes to get James to help me with all my phones. Went in to store to get a new one because mine was falling apart. James was very helpful and gave me many options and talked to me about which one would work better for me. He is very helpful and friendly!! James should get a raise!!

I was having issues with spam on my phone and couldn’t remember my Apple ID and password and James helped me get something on my phone to help with this. He is such a sweet young man and took his time to help me and explain things to me. You need more workers like him to help us older people.

They helped us set up two new lines with no problem and get us the best deal. I also was able to get a new screen protector for free for my phone after Percy two new phones. Friendly, Helpful, and they answered all my questions.
